Awesome experience today with Cooltron AC. Cody found and explained the issue with my air conditioner and fixed it immediately. They were on time and had great customer service! And it did not break the bank, very reasonable pricing!
Had my downstairs unit go out, Cody helped me get a new and more efficient unit than I had. It was even at an affordable price, highly recommend.
Extremely rude and unprofessional service.
Job done on a rent house without our approval. Charged $110 for a $4 part then and additional $200 for cleaning a coil. Basically $303 for something that could have been done for less that $20. Larceny.
Mike and Gave did a fantastic job, got to our house quick, we had an old obsolete unit, they patched us up to keep us comfortable until the new unit came in, install was fast and very professional, I would highly recommend Cooltron for a/c service, pricing was extremely fair, could not have had a better experience
Mike did an excellent job repairing our furnace. He was prompt and professional and had it running again in less than an hour.
These guys are the best, they're quick, do great work, and they won't beak the bank. I can't recommend Mike enough, the work he's done on my a/c has made me a loyal customer I won't go anywhere else. He explained what he was wrong, what he was doing, and why he had to do what he was doing. These guys are top notch and I'd recommend them to anyone.
Cameron is a very kind and considerate young tech, who stayed with a difficult problem until it was resolved and corrected. His display of patience and a cool, calm demeanor gave me confidence in his ability that is often lacking in dealing with younger people. I would definitely trust him on any repair issue we may get in the future. He is a solid representative for Cooltron, whom I have done business with over three decades....
