I have been a customer for 5 years and got my first unit when I purchased my home with them, It was amazing the service the price and the time as well loved their service of Warranty and maintenance. They have done air duct cleanings, service 2 units at my home also provided replacement filters and always on time for emergency calls. Recently my other unit died and it was a no brainer to proceed and get me a new AC with them.....Again unbeatable prices and service. Professionals and absolute delight to keep my home fresh <3 Thank you so much to all the team, if you want a responsible and amazing company to deal with you should go with COOLSTAR. 5 years and counting one of the best decisions if you own your home.

It was the 2nd estimate we had and it was half the price of the fiest. I contacted them on a Sunday and Joe came out to see us within the hour. I found him knowledgeable and didn't feel any pressure to use them. I got a 14-16 SEER variable 5 speed for what other companies charge for a single stage. System came with UV Sterilization and they cleaned our ducts and rerouted our air handler and ducts for the stated price. They installed in a matter of hours. I would recommend CoolStar
I have used around 10 AC repairmen in about a span of 30 years. These gentlemen are top of the line, Ray and Joseph. I have already bought 2 AC units from them and I laud their knowledge and honesty. Joseph install two units at my home my husband and I is not satisfied with his job, I would not recommend him or his company to anyone.
Mike was AMAZING!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and made the stressful situation bearable. The price was extremely reasonable. The technician, Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable Appointment time was from 8-9. Joe arrived exactly at 8:00 He was very efficient and cleaned the area after he finished the maintenance I would highly recommend Cool Star Air
The most important in emergency the respond right away, the customer services is excellent and the prices are affordable to fit my budget. My neighbor recommended now we use them to maintain our A/C .

The gentlemen showed up on time and promptly ready to work. Cleaned the AC ducts, vents, door, and clean up afterwards. Consultation on dirt, dust, debri buildup and how to help prevent. Great job. Will hire again
I used the services of Coolstar this week. They installed a brand new air-conditioning at my house. They were phenomenal and so professional. They had so much knowledge and answered all my questions. I shopped around for different prices and let me tell you they were the best in town. I will definitely refer Coolstar to all my family and friend.

My air was working, I just wanted the drain line cleaned. My air stopped working after they left. I called to report it and they didn't do anything about it. I called the next day and they are ignoring/dropping my calls. At the very least offer to send the guys over again to see if they did something that could have messed up the air. I now had to call a different company and spend $ to get it fixed.
