Eddy from Cooling Time is FANTASTIC! He understands what I need and want!
Wow, finally found a mom & pop business that is responsive, professional and the price was fair. (We have used many other’s and not happy)
Edrice came to my place in a timely fashion and discussed with me in detail what the issue was so that I would be able understand what to do if the issue was to arise again. He also informed me on the age and status of my unit and recommended valuable information. I did not feel as though I was left in the dark and he provided transparency in pricing. I would 100% recommend Cooling Time Inc. services to those in need.
All he is wanting to do is make money and sell you a new unit. Disrespectful, charged me a small fortune for repair my unit and to this day is not working properly...and jacked up the price for the use of credit card for pmt. I wouldn't recommend this owner or his company to anyone. Ever!
Was quoted a price over the phone to blow out the line. Edrice showed up, blew out the line and charged FIVE times the price plus an extra $75 to accept a credit card. AC is still shot, he said I need a new unit. I called a REPUTABLE company afterwards and they said it was all a scheme. Got my AC fixed for a GREAT price. DONT TRUST THESE LIARS!!!
Three for three, each time our family haaas had a medical emergency, our A/C stopped working. Last week was #3. Going to and from hospital, with no A/C at home is miserable, not to mention impossible to bring someone home from the hospital to. I read a recommendation and Eddie was there to the rescue. We have an older system, and Eddie figured out the issue right away. He was professional, up front, honest, and knew his stuff. We need more A/C repair persons in the industry like Eddie. I highly recommend Cooling Time and will refer all my neighbors and friends to them too! Thank you Eddie!

Recently moved into a house both A/C units shut off. Cooling time came out , in less then half hour, everything was working . Professional , courteous , fast.
A/C need freon I troubleshoot the system myself. Called him and he called me a few times to see what my availability was. I told him exactly what I needed and he came and took care of it at a fair price. Highly recommend good guy will use his service again. Blessings bro

As our AC was making loud noise so I contacted Cooling Time Inc. the owner Edrice came out and advised me that air handler was broken and needed new one. He also gave me a quote and said he could replace the unit when I was ready. He said it could last another year or two. He was very genuine and didn't push me to replace entire unit with new one. He was very professional & courteous. We decided to replace with new unit. After the job was done, they cleaned the floor and took time to explain the warranty etc. The customer service, commitment, promptness, and professionalism are all reasons why I highly recommend this company.

Edrice installed a brand new A/C unit for my condo. Him and his team were very professional and pleasant from start to end. Arrived on time & did the job within the applicable time frame he allotted. The job was done with cleanliness as well! Highly recommend!
My mother’s 19 year old AC unit was no longer cooling properly so I contacted Cooling Time Inc. the owner Edrice came out and advised me that a new unit was needed. He took the time to add freon and drain the lines in the old unit at no cost. He gave me a quote and said he could replace the unit when I was ready. He wasn’t a pushy salesman looking to do business instead he was professional & courteous. A week later after getting two additional quotes that were several hundreds above what he quoted I called him to set up the install of a 3 ton 14 seer Rheem unit. The customer service, promptness, excellent rates and professionalism are all reasons why I highly recommend this company.

After getting some quotes and on the recommendation of a friend, I used Cooling Time to replace my a/c unit. Eddie, the owner, is very professional and did a neat job. He is friendly, punctual, and his price is good. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
