The repairman was very courteous and extremely well-versed in A/C repair.
I cannot say enough about cooling connection. They have been our air condition company for over ten years. They have always come to help me the day I have called. Bob is so courteous and is always there to help. He is so neat and clean and knows his stuff. If you are a customer of his, he will go out of his way to help. I give him and his company top rating.

Called at 7:00 am. Was on my door at 8:30 am. Diagnosed the problem quickly and we were good to go. Contracted with him to handle all the maintenance and repairs moving forward. Excellent service and dependable. Thank you all! :-)

I have been using Cooling Connection for a few years now. Bob and his wife Heather always answer the phone and respond to my need the same day. They installed my unit a few years ago and have maintained it ever since. They are professional, friendly and honest. Couldn't ask for anything more of a service company. We are very happy customers.

Honest dependable. We have a maintenance contract with them. They are always there if you need them. If something goes wrong they are quick for response and make sure you stay cool.
I have used Cooling Connection twice now since purchasing my older home in April. Both times the gentlemen who came were just that. I did not feel I was being upsold or pressured to a higher bill or sold service I did not need. I feel confident knowing I am supported when it comes to my AC. Will be purchasing a new unit from them before long but for now they have worked hard to keep the unit I have running efficiently. Reasonable prices. Terrific service. Respectful owner and staff.
Very professional company, they knew exactly what to do to repair my unit. Had me up and running in no time. My system was tripping te breaker. Things got complicated, and Bob fixed it. Words cannot explain the service that Bob gave and his team. I have never met a person or a company who truly cares about their customer's needs.This company really listens to their customers. .Bob is completely empathetic to the customer situation and it's not there to make a quick buck.. In all the years that I have been in Port Saint Lucie. I have never had such immaculate personable and professional service .They care about the customer their needs above anything else; so if I had to do this allover again, I would choose Cooling Connections.Bob and his team are exceptional.
