Kenne was professional, yet confident and experienced enough in the trade to work with us under unusual circumstances. If you want to support a good local family owned business, you can't go far wrong with this outfit. They were thorough and prompt, reasonably priced, and courteous. We have a great HVAC system for years to come.
Ken and Richie are truly an amazing team. They helped us with our AC after having the problem for a year before we found out and called Coolhouse LLC. From the beginning, they made the schedule work for us. They both spent an extra amount of time to find out the problem with our AC. Now it works perfectly and so glad we now know about Coolhouse before almost replacing a whole new AC. Instead, they saved us a lot of $$$. We are glad to have them in our small community and highly recommend them. Thank you so much Ken and Richie!

When I purchased my new home, the A/C system ran all the time, the house and everything in it was always humid, and some rooms didn't get enough air flow. Ken and his team were outstanding! They replaced all the old cracked ducts, installed new vents, installed a new thermostat in a new location, and an iwave to purify the air. They finished the work very quickly. Ken is very personable, fair and honest. His team is professional, friendly, skilled and fast. It's been almost a year since the installation and I can honestly say that the a/c has performed very well. The air is always at the right temperature, it feels and smells clean, and the humidity never came back. I highly recommend Coolhouse Heating and Air.
Coolhouse has an amazing team! Very professional, curious, and timely. From the office person to the technition. Everyone i spoke to was phenomenal. My job uses them for A/C repair and maintenance and have been very satisfied with them. I just had a persnal emergency with my A/C unit at home, and knew to call them right away! They took care of us quickly and we have a functioning unit again! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them! I'm gonna be telling everyone I know to use them and using them for our regular maintenance as well.
Called to get a quote on a new system. Victoria, who answered the phone, said the owner, Ken, would call to setup a time to come to our home. Never heard from anyone. Guess they didn’t need the business. We ended up getting great reaction and service from another company, Mr. Kool. I see they answered my review below with they couldn’t get ahold of me when they called; trying to avoid taking accountability. Somehow everyone else got ahold of me. And after posting the review, I got a call from them at 10:09 pm.

This "cool" company is absolutely FANTASTIC. I own a business with 15 separate A/C units. These "cool" guys show up ASAP and are honest and lovely to work with. They get a huge thumbs up from the Herlong Mansion Bed and Breakfast!

The woman in the office is as sweet as the come, and you can tell she's been running the show for years. Younger man that came out knew exactly what he was doing even on a quiet old system, very thorough and knowledgeable. Also fixed the heat a few months ago.

I called at approx. 3pm. They arrived at approx. 530pm. Richie was very respectful, and thorough. Dalco “aka Dale” is also a great asset to the team and worked quick. They explained all of the things they were doing. Invoice was prompt and a very fair price. Thank you CoolHouse!
Absolutely the best, most honest Air Conditioning company! They are knowledgeable, thorough, budget conscious, and timely. They inspected and tested both AC units to determine what issues we were having, and provided budget friendly solutions and options for FREE! We have one unit that has to be replaced, but Coolhouse can do the job and will pull the permits saving us over $4,000 compared to a local competitor. PLUS -- we are getting a better quality brand!! Thank you to Carol, Ken, Richie, and Ryan. If you need AC/Heating -- give these folks a call. You will appreciate meeting people who care about the work they do and the experience that you will have. We are customers for life.

We just switched to Coolhouse after using the same folks for the past 20 years. The people and service seemed to have changed and after a compressor failing again it seemed like time for us to make a change as well. My wife ending up meeting Ken from Coolhouse in our search for a new HVAC provider. Richard and Dalco came out to replace the compressor. We are glad to have made a switch and recommend them based on competence, responsiveness and courteous service. We did not happen to request a specific service time because we were going to be at home already but had been told they would be there at 10am the next day and that is when they arrived.
This company is very detail oriented. They installed a new A/C system. They did the job in a timely manner and excellent work. Would highly recommend them.
