He is the best! He replaced our furnace and ac at our old home and has checked in on our ac at our new home as well. We had an issue with our furnace last fall and when my husband called to explain the issue, he told us what the likely issue was, walked my husband through fixing it, and then said no payment was necessary. He has our business any time we need ac/heating work for sure.
Tim with CoolHeat Plus saved the day! I returned home early Christmas morning to a 46 degree house and a furnace that was not working. I reached out the next morning hoping someone who fixes furnaces would be working. He arrived at my house within 3 hours of me calling! Tim was extremely professional and courteous. He fixed the problem quickly and offered both long and short term recommendations to improve systems at my home in the future. Tim came out to service our unit today and I cannot recommend him enough. He was very thorough, did not try to sell me things we didn't need or try to fix things on our 25-year-old unit that were unnecessary, and his price was reasonable. I will be calling him when we need a new unit, as he earned my business today. Also, when I called him yesterday and explained the issue, he asked questions to help me troubleshoot... which would have avoided the service call. I highly recommend this company!
Tim with Coolheat Plus is a great person to call for your A/C and furnace needs. I have used him at my own home and most recently at a couple of rental properties. I trust him to give me a honest repair at a fair price. I won't call anyone else.

Tim worked on my system in my house when it was his busy season and was 100 degrees. He was prompt with his service and made sure I was running at the top efficiency. Highly recommend giving him a call if you are in need of a repair or a replace.
Tim has worked at my moms house many times on her air conditioner, and furnace, it was an old system but he got it working well. Finally I had him install a new one and he did a great job, now she has no more problems. Just note that when I did call Tim he was there to take care of my 90 old mom very fast and he is very caring and helpful. His prices are good too.
