Our oil burner stopped working the day before Christmas Eve. We called Coolez and spoke with Derek who told us someone will be out the next day (Christmas Eve). We received a call from Derek on Christmas Eve stating his crew will be to our house by 9:30am. Great communication on keeping you informed. And the crew were very informative. Very reasonably priced. Definitely will use them again!
This company is phenomenal, I told Derek (owner) that my situation was crucial and my furnace was out, he installed a great furnace with all professional work and very fast. I’m an HVAC mechanic by trait as well so I appreciated his work even more because I’ve seen so many companies that don’t care. 20 out of 10!!

On the hottest day of the year last year Coolez came out and installed a new ac ac unit for me. It was quick and my unit was back on in no time. Other companies said weeks to come out. I have a special needs son who unfortunately has to stay in due to skin allergies, for them to come out in a day was awesome. I highly recommend. When I had a clog in my system Derek came right out to fix the issue.
These guys are the best around. Impeccable work, time efficient, reasonable prices. I mean that's the trifecta of reasoning when defining then choosing a quality, ahead of the game company. If you are shopping around, look no further, SERIOUSLY. A+ Forever.

Woke up this morning and our furnace had turned off over night. Called Coolez at 7am, was greeted in a friendly manner and scheduled for them to come out the same day to assess the furnace. Called us before they came so we knew when to expect them and they were punctual to that time frame which is much appreciated when you have kids, school pickups, etc. The two technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything. Luckily we had a quick repair and our heat is back on in time for the dinner party we’re hosting tonight. Hopefully we have no furnace issues in the future but if we do, I’ll definitely be calling this company again! Highly recommend!
COOLEZ was fantastic! The people were very knowledgeable and thorough in cleaning out heating/cooling ducts, and they were always willing to explain how they were addressing our problems. We highly recommend Coolez for any HVAC needs.
Highly recommended! Clean, timely, impeccable service, best prices! I called Coolez on the recommendation of friends. They came quickly and offered me a FREE estimate (they were running a special, everyone else was charging $150 just for an estimate!), then gave me a significantly lower price than anyone else who looked at my furnace. I had already paid a heating company $150 to look at my system and try to save it, no one would come down for less. Rufino was fantastic. He laid out my options, got me the best price he could, added in needed duct work at a reasonable price, added in a new thermostat, and scheduled me almost immediately. He even installed my water heater! He was there on time with everything he needed, and left the place clean and neat. They were punctual and professional, answered every text, and were super easy to work with. He did not try to talk me into a larger or more expensive system that I didn't need. We have been looking for great people to work with for our home renovation business, and Coolez will now be our go-to heating service. This company is well run, with diligence, care, and old-fashioned trustworthiness. I was really impressed.

We came upon Coolez on recommendation of a coworker. We were in quite a bind - having not had heat for nearly 2 weeks - and charged over $400 by a competitor for parts to "repair" our furnace, which ended up in a condemned furnace needing replacement. Needless to say, we weren't at all happy with the competitor and were sick of being stuck in a cold house for an extended period of time. We cut our losses and made contact with Rufino around 2PM on Tuesday 11/12. He got back to us within an hour - with a quote less than 2 other contractors - for a superior unit (site unseen by the way). He came to our house less than 24 hours later to install the new furnace - and was kind and extremely professional. We are very happy to have heat once again and can't thank Rufino and Coolez enough!
