I submitted a request for an appointment early one Sunday morning, not expecting to hear back until Monday, but Brent responded and had the on call tech out within hours on a Sunday! The tech, Tyler, was very knowledgable and professional and we could not be more pleased with their services!
I could not be more pleased with Brent and Dan at Cooler Bear! Over the course of the last couple years, they kept my aging Samsung Mini Split System going the best possible. But when my system grew obsolete and parts were not longer available, they got me fixed up with a new Mitsubishi system including top of the line quality and warranty! I had no surprises along the way and both Brent (company owner) and Dan (service tech) were extremely professional!

Local business with excellent service & transparent pricing. A friend recommended them to me after terrible experiences with a couple other big names in area. Brent told me I could contact him directly any issues or complaints and assured me they would be fixed. Dan was on time, thorough and efficient.
My A/C went out late one evening. Brent and Tim worked very quickly to contact me, come out and diagnose the issue. They and their knowledgeable and helpful techs had the entire unit replaced in less than a day. They also followed up to make sure that it was working properly. Excellent work and customer service.
Cooler Bear is a highly professional team that do exceptional work. They converted our 1970's heat pump system into a highly efficient new system in 4 days. It took extra time because they created zones so the system would be more efficient. Brent, one of the owners, committed to a project schedule and he even worked beside the crew for three days to ensure it was done on time. That's integrity that is hard to find in today's business world. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO NEEDED A/C WORK DONE!!!!! My only regret is I could only give them 5 stars they deserve 10 or 15 stars for the blessing they gave us.
We love Cooler Bear! This company has serviced all of our HVAC needs. They do a fabulous job with installation, maintenance, service calls and questions. They are knowledgeable and professional and have our recommendation for anyone looking for a great local JAX company!

I tracked down Brent and Tim because they had done the original install of my AC system. They were awesome. Did fast troubleshooting and identified defective components. Returned the next day with replacement parts that they found under warranty ! They took care of the whole two unit system and only charged me minimal labor costs! They didn't try to up-sell anything I didn't need and were extremely neat, friendly and professional. I recommend them to everyone. Five stars all the way.
