Amazing service and they made sure it was done perfectly. I had a leak in my line work and they had to rerun it. The warranty company dragged their feet and I had a previous contractor they assigned who wasn’t able to do this as it was too complicated for one person. Tom was assigned my work order and came out very quickly. I had been without AC for a month at that time and he made sure to diagnose and get out to fix it asap. I can’t thank Cool Vibes enough for taking such great care of me.
Tom runs a great company. He installed new ductwork on our 2019 AC air handler. It runs much more efficiently and keeps our home much cooler. He worked around our schedule, showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, and was very courteous. Highly recommend Cool Vibes!
They came out an instantly knew my problem. Was resolved very quickly.. it showed me pictures explain to me in layman terms and give me my options. Very impressed and very happy. Would recommend to anybody
Called after hours and Tom was able to come out within an hour and repair our A/C. His pricing was fair, he was professional and had to time to share his knowledge. I will be using him in the future for planned tune up to system.
