Unprofessional, Anger issues and road rage! Extremely aggressive and in need of Anger management. Stay as far away from this company as possible if you value your safety. I wouldn’t be surprised if I am threatened by them for leaving this review. Do business elsewhere. **Edit: Obviously there is no intention of resolving issues with your company through proper avenues. I have left a contact number twice. No response. The incident was simply on the shoulders of your driver. I reacted angrily AFTER I was forced to slam my brakes on to avoid slamming into the rear of your van. The guy was on my bumper, I got over into the other lane to let him around and the guy flies by me and slams his brakes on in front of me not once, but TWICE. Coming to a complete stop the second time. He was BEHIND me. It would’ve been physically impossible to box him in. This isn’t NASCAR. I saw him in my rear view mirror banging his hands on the steering wheel. I can only assume the gentleman was in a hurry and I wasn’t going quick enough. I admit that I shouldn’t have said anything to the immature man, but as you made it so pointedly clear...that’s how anyone would react right? This is how you resolve issues...no phone call and no follow up...only a follow up review response almost a week later. For this reason....that is why I say stay far away. There are other companies that simply don’t have these problems regardless of who is at fault. That’s what google reviews are for. It’s not defacing or bad mouthing. It’s sharing an experience with the paying public so they can make informed decisions on who to do business with. This is my experience with Cool-Temp and I shared it. I’m sorry you feel that is wrong. Unfortunately, since it’s not a concept you seem to understand, a good business handles itself professionally on the job and off. Cool Temp has been able to save the day many times for my family and myself. What I appreciate the most is the respect and the trust we both have for each other. They come in get the work done, clean the mess or station they had and then leave. Thank you Cool Temp for saving the day every time!
I have used Stan for AC work for the last 20 years. He's reliable, honest, and gets the job done as quick as possible. Stan sweats so you don't have to. :)
One of our two exterior unit's fan had stopped completely at some point. Called the folks over at Cool-Temp and in less than 5 hours from when I called, a tech had not only fixed the issue, but also cleaned the unit and killed a nearby ant colony that he felt was too close to the unit for no extra charge. They went above and beyond to get my family back in the cool. Great folks, would recommend them anytime to anyone needing quality service.
