Cool Tech has been our AC service provider for our home and business for over 15 years. They have always provided the best service at extremly fair prices. They have always responded within reasonable time frame and never left us in need for more than a few days due to a weekend/current job here or there. The one thing I can say about Brent is he will never try to provide a service or repair/replace something that isn’t broken. I have tried other AC companies and have been a victim to their high costs and unnecessary services or replacement of parts that did not need to be replaced. I have not seen or been able to find another AC company that is as honest, fair, knowledgeable, or as competent as the owner of Cool Tech. You can not do better in Tallahassee.
A/c went out in the heat of late August. Cool tech, who was referred to me, came out and said I had a leak and I paid them just short of $900 to repair leak and put newer expensive freon in. Within 24 hours the a/c stopped working again . When I called the owner, Brent, he said he couldn’t come out because he had surgery and didn’t have any way to help til next week. He would have another tech come out and check it and there would be no charge. Low and behold six weeks later he sends me a second bill and doesn’t remember any of our conversation. Maybe the pain killers maybe not, I don’t know! I will not be using Cooltech ever again nor recommend them because of their actions! I’m a business owner and I know the value of good customer service.
