I was having trouble with my air-conditioning on Independence Day weekend. I am disabled, and I live in a high-rise in “hotter than hell“ Florida. I called cool tech, and he answered right away. I was so surprised, because he said he could come out within an hour and a half…that was amazing to me because I had previously worked with the company and they said they could not get out to help me for over a week. He ended up fixing my situation and even coming back the next day to make sure the system is running properly. I will now use him for all my preventative maintenance. It is nice to find somebody with good customer service skills.
My AC went broken in the afternoon. Keith didn’t hesitate to come right away and fix it for us. Forever grateful that we got to sleep with AC on a hot summer night. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Best Experience with an AC Company. So we have a dog and a cat and anybody who share their homes with loving pets know how hard it is to maintain a clean environment. My wife started having allergies even though we changed the AC filters every month. Turns out that when Cool Tech Air came in, they did a full deep cleaning and maintenance and it was amazing to see how much dirt and debris was being accumulated in the concealed areas of the air handler. Thanks to their expertise, friendly and exceptional service my wife's allergies are gone. Would recommend this company to anybody looking for a great AC service.

I called Cool Tech in to take a look at my air handler because it seemed as if it was not cooling the house well enough and there was also water dripping in the pan. Cool Tech managed to diagnose the problem very quickly and got my AC back up and running smoothly in less than an hour. I will be using Cool Tech for all my HVAC needs and I highly recommend them.
