AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Sam was quick to call back and came out right away to diagnose the problem. He then drove to multiple supply houses in order to get the part in stock, and the AC was back up and running that same day! His responsiveness was much appreciated!

This is an excellent company! They solved some serious problem put a brand new AC and furness and professionally channeled the Deion pipe thru the underground system, amazing! I will have no problem to recommend them to anyone! They cleaned the dust and ran the system a few times to triple make sure and call me the next day to check on my AC, I just wanna go eat steak 🥩 and drink some wine to celebrate that I’m a humming being again after this silent ac cools my system at home, I don’t even want to go party! Come over my place instead, I totally love it 😊 🥂🍾

Efficient and friendly AC repair
Sam was amazing. On a super hot and humid day with kids in the house my ac stopped working. Called He spoke to me personally and was at my house within a few hours and fix the problemWhich was minor highly recommend thank you Sam -yvonna
(SEE EDIT)CoolStar responded quickly and had our heat working again the same day. The labor charges are also very fair and affordable. On top of that, CoolStar saved my family hundreds of dollars on parts by setting up our units warranty. Edit: unit failed a month later. HVAC specialist informed us that unnecessary repairs were made. CoolStar replaced parts that didn’t need to be replaced. Unit required a rebuild to repair damage caused. Would not use Cool Star again.
This conpany makes anything right for you! They fix everything on time and the cost is great value! The service is awesome they are really nice and cool! Anything you ask for they get it!
My AC was broken and I needed a repair urgent. I called him and he came to my house at the time he promised. He repaired the AC and also made routine maintenance. It was a disaster for us not having cooler but he solved the problem quickly. I recommend this company everyone. It was a great experience.
