New ac in brand new home ac does not cool house adequately runs none stop not blowing cool out of vent. Doesn't answer phone nor do they call back.return plenum is not sealed properly pulling in air from outside of return box. Sealed a filter in unit which no one was aware of even tho a filter back return air grille is being used creating poor static pressure and bad air flow. Do not recommend
Todd mis-handled the deposit, lied to me about who provided the equipment and I got a lien on my property and ended up having to pay twice for the AC unit. Do not trust him.
So impressed with the level of professionalism from start to finish. Todd came out and within the first minute on our property was able to point out several mistakes made by another ac company when they installed our unit. Originally called to have him look at mold inside our air handler’s cabinet, he was extremely thorough when inspecting the entire system, not only our AC system and duct work, but additionally inspected the ventilation above our stovetop and found issues with that installation that were causing even worse problems in our home. He fit us into his busy schedule to re-line the cabinet and do some duct work to improve our system, but in the process, found much bigger AC related issues caused by a bad installation. The repairs ended up being not just with our ac, but with mold growing on the wall behind the unit and the insulation in the wall behind it drenched! Todd quickly realized the seriousness of the problems (especially with my wife having health issues), and made the decision to not put any of it off till later, but pushed his entire schedule back in order to complete an air handler replacement, drywall and insulation replacement, as well as an entire re-duct of our whole house right then and there! The whole team came together to make it happen, and not only that, showed much appreciated compassion to our situation both health wise and financially. Words cannot express how thankful we are for all of the hard work and the level of professionalism and knowledge and kindness that Todd, Jackie, and the entire cool air solutions team has shown throughout this entire ordeal. Why would you go to any other contractor when you can start with the best? Definitely the best I’ve found in many years dealing with different AC companies. Thank you guys so much, for all that you’ve done for our family, you have earned our gratitude and business for life. A++
We have used this company on several occasions. They just recently installed new duct work in the attic and a new AC system. They did a top notch installation on a tough project in just two days and were very respectful. We plan to use them for any future AC work and will definitely recommend them to others. We called Cool solutions today and Todd was at our house in 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. We have a hi-tech unit and not everyone knows how to fix it. Thankful we found him and will be our go to go from now on.

We recently had Cool Solutions replace our system and redo our antiquated duct work. They provided great information and weren't pushy with up-sales and let us make the decisions. The install was quick and their attention to detail and finished look was amazing! The increased airflow and comfort level inside the home isn't even comparable and we have already seen a difference in our electric bill. Would highly recommend them!
Our original A/C Unit that was installed when we built our house died after 15 years. The inside air handler was making a horrible noise that sounded like a train coming down the tracks and the house was getting hot. We called Cool Solutions and the owner Todd came over and diagnosed the issue. He also showed us that mold was growing in there. He then gave us options and prices to either fix the problem or install a new one. I then told Todd that our room across the house was always hotter than any other room. He went into the Attic and found issues with our ductwork and returns. We decided to have him redo the entire A/C system and now it works perfectly. His crew arrived when they said they would and worked very hard when they were here. They cleaned up after themselves. The install took a total of 3 days and they made sure that we had air in the house when we slept at night even though during the day we didn't have any air while they were working. I think it is important to try to put both positive and negative things that happen in a review so others can get a total picture of the company or service, however there were no negatives at all for this experience. Thank you Todd and Cool Solutions for a great, positive, and professional service.

This is the BEST A/C company around. The CEO, Todd, is very friendly, knowledgeable, and was incredibly thorough with our A/C installation. After our very outdated unit decided to give up we needed to make an investment into a new system. We received quotes from several other companies who were trying to charge us almost double the price, and they weren't even offering to do as thorough of a job. With this installation we got all NEW equipment and everything was replaced. Our A/C is working amazing now! The installation was quick, and I am very happy with the detailed and quality work.
All the reviews are correct. Todd was great and came out same day. We did have to wait for a part but that waa not his fault. He got it fixed next day and was honest and fair with price. We have this unit serviced annually and never did anyone tell us that the dryer vent was too close to out side unit and told us how to fix the problem. Thanks Todd. Will recommend your company to anyone!

Came the same day, dismissed the problem. Drive to get the needed part and at 5pm instead of going home and coming back the next day, he worked late to drive back and get it done the same day so my kids and I had air conditioning that night (it was 95 out at the time). On top of that he fixed it for $400 less because he was able to replace only part of the motor instead of the whole thing. Highly recommended!

I will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any AC work. Todd is honest, fair, dependable and very professional. I picked a real jewel when I found him on Google. He came right out and identified the problem with our 17 year old unit and gave me options that worked out best for me. We had him install a new AC and his price was extremely fair. Within 2 days everything was ordered and installed. Thank you Todd and your helpers for everything!
