Excellently service took less than a hour to fix our problem.
I want to give a big thank you to Kevin and his guys Billy for coming through and getting the AC done at my house he came and checked the AC at 11 o’clock at night and his guys was here the next day at 9:30 to change the unit out. Thank you I will recommend him to anybody.

My situation was quite long and painful with my previous HVAC company which led me to need Cool RX's help after 3 weeks of no A/C. The owner himself answered my questions, provided quotes, and explained everything my previous company didn't prior to me even agreeing to move forward with service. Then, not even 24 hours later he had the parts, and was at my home at 9 am on a Saturday to fix the previous company's disaster and get us up and cooling before noon. Not only was he quick, but thorough, kind, patient, affordable, realistic, and HUMAN! I not only plan to use Cool RX moving forward for all my maintenance, and repair needs, but will also refer them to anyone who asks. Showed up immediately on a Sunday to fix my A/C for my guests at my vacation home. Did not do anything extra as to run up my bill, greatly appreciated!! Would recommend and call again.
