I have used them twice. Both times they helped with an emergency when my A/C stopped working. They were professional, friendly, on-time and efficient in getting my issues fixed. They were also competitively priced and put effort to save me money where they could. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their A/C.
We have used Cool Pros twice before and each time has been on a Sunday. Every time Michael has responded to our call and been to our home within a reasonable time to provide us with assistance to figure out why our system was not functioning properly. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and personable! We have been really pleased with his services and would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for all future services!

Service seems to be very detailed and my tech was a super nice dude. But they are not very competent with pricing.
We have used many hvac companies and I can honestly say that hands down, these guys know what they are doing better than anyone that we've ever used. We have mini split systems throughout our home and he has been so knowledgeable and found a leak and fixed our issue that a few others had missed. We are ever so grateful!! And he's willing to go above and beyond to make sure his costumer is happy... which is extremely rare these days. Definitely recommend these guys... so blessed to have found them!!
I called Michael at 8am and he was here at 9am. Our heat was out and it's supposed to be 15 degrees tomorrow night. A part needed to be ordered and we were on our way out of town and a little panicked. Michael found the part, handled the warranty and had the heat running before we got back home. Michael has done other work for us in the past. I trust him completely to come into my home while I am gone and to do an excellent job as always. The job was finished that afternoon. Michael is 1000% reliable and trustworthy. His attention to detail and HVAC knowledge is impressive. So blessed to have met him next door repairing my neighbors HVAC unit. Michael serviced our unit and did a great job!
My A/C went out at 9pm at night, when I called they were happy to help. They showed up to my house in the middle of the night and had me up and running before they left. The team was courteous and professional on top of being sensibly priced. I am very grateful for this awesome team during these 100degree days. 10/10 would recommend. They will take care of you
