I have a commercial unit that wasn't working properly so I cold-called a bunch of places and Sal was the only one to come out immediately. I would have had to close my business if he didn't. He also explained to me the "why" behind the "what", was up front about pricing and he put in the work on a 150⁰ rooftop in the middle of the day. I cannot be more appreciative.
First time calling, arrived in 15 minutes!! Fix what other ac companies could not. Outstanding!!
Sal was amazing!!!! I called late in the day when my A/C went out and he was at my house within 45 minutes. Excellent service all around! Will definitely call again with any A/C heating issues.
Sal and his team were great. They were professional, on time, and worked efficiently until my new AC was installed. Also, I felt comfortable leaving my residence while they were working. These are really good guys. When Sal was done, he explained to me what he did, as well as show me photos of the old unit where it was corroded and leaking. Very nice people, and would definitely recommend Cool Monkey A/C and Heating to anyone.

I recently had an amazing experience with Cool Monkey air conditioning company who installed a new 2 stage Trane unit and furnace with surge protector and UV light for me. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step of the process was handled with professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service. The team of technicians who arrived at my home were punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were also respectful of my property and left the work area clean and tidy. The installation itself was completed quickly and efficiently, and the new air conditioning unit has been working perfectly ever since. Called Cool Monkey on a whim to replace a busted AC. Sal got us in his schedule and hooked us up with a new ac at a very reasonable price. He's a trustworthy guy who does good work and I recommend his services to anybody in need of a new AC or AC repair. Very friendly too. What more can you ask for.

Sal is a wonderful young professional, who is very knowledgeable and skilled and he did a wonderful job servicing our house A/C. A friend referred him to us and we were so happy with his service that we referred him to three other friends in less than a month, and all of them were super happy with him as well! I strongly recommend him.

Sal and the Cool Monkey team were excellent. Sal gave me a fair price; During the installation, there were unforeseen problems that Sal took care of with utmost professionalism. The thermostat wiring was not the right type; He changed the entire control wiring. Ducting work he quoted had more work than anticipated. Despite all the extra work, he completed the job with the highest quality. He charged me the initial price he quoted for the job. Sal was very professional and knowledgeable.

I called several contractors for emergency service on a Sunday and it was over 110 degrees. Cool Monkey A/C & Heating were the only ones willing to come out that day and for $59 that's a bargain. Not only a bargain for Sunday, but the unit had to be replaced, 14 years old, and it was done by about 5PM or so on Monday. That's responsive terrific service and I couldn't be happier. I had the thermostat replaced and they did a very thorough job. I will be using their services again if needed. Very satisfied.
Sal called when he knew a repair on another unit was going to take too long and go over schedule and was able to inform me prior to get a reschedule for later same day. Was a pleasure to work with and was efficient.
