I called Cool King air when my thermostat said "faulty indoor sensor replace thermostat." They were here within in hour. It was not the thermostat. They were able to repair it without changing the thermostat. Cleaned the drain lines l, even checked my air filters and cleaned my grate for me. While they were here they noticed an old satellite dish hanging from recent roof replacement and he even removed that for me. I would give this company 10 stars if I could.
Amazing workmanship second to none!! Techs were kind, professional, polite and explained each step along the way. They were very neat and cleaned up totally. Recommend Cool King highly!!

Beyond exceptional service. Quick to respond and make it out to you. Especially, in an emergency! What really stood out for me was the honesty. We've all been in a situation when someone tries to take advantage of a situation and over charge for unnecessary work. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DO THAT! They tell you the issue, what the options are and it was extremely reasonably priced. This is a phone number you do not want to lose.
