We used Irv to reinstall our entire wood fence and Rescreen our porch. He did a great job and completed the job timely. I recommend this company and will use him again for future home improvement needs.
I’m am very appreciative of the honesty, punctuality, and affordable price I received from Cool Irv. I’ve dealt with a lot of A/C technicians and they always find a way to make you pay more money than the job is actually worth “ oh it’s your Capacitor” or “your out of Freon” in which Freon can be very costly. However contacting Cool Irv was the best decision I’ve made when it comes to having my A/C repaired/serviced. For all of my future A/C servicing/repairs I will be contacting Cool Irv Construction. Irv thank you for your honesty and for your work.

Came to repair dry wall and did a very good job ! Very respectful and worked very hard to finish the job that others wouldnt do . The walls look awesome and i would definitely recommend them! Very good work was done!
We had some sheetrock issues that needed to be repaired. Our appointment with Cool IRV was scheduled and the morning of, we received a call to just reconfirm it. We then received a call when they were on their way to our home. They were on time and very friendly. We showed them the area that needed to be fixed and they went straight to work! Within no time, our sheetrock was repaired! AND they did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves! You cannot tell where the repair was done! Their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work deserve notice! We highly recommend Irvin and his team! GOOD JOB GUYS and THANK YOU!!!
Irvin & his crew was very perfessional. They worked pretty fast on taking down & putting up the fence around my property-even went the extra mile to remove all the vines behind the old fence. i love the way it looks! Thank you so much again!!
10/ 10 would recommend. Super nice guy, very respectful. He came to fix my kitchen floor, & did a wonderful job. The next morning I noticed a very minor problem, called him & he returned almost immediately to address the problem. I would definitely use this company again!
He came to my home and fixed a hole I had in the wall and two big holes that were cut out of the ceiling all three holes look like they were never there he was on time every time he came out and kept me on point about what he had to do next. He’s definitely someone that I would refer without hesitation.
