Joe is the best I use him for all of my properties
These guys are the best! I went back and forth over a 2 year period trying to decide whether or not to replace my ancient rooftop AC system before it finally gave up completely. Got multiple quotes from different companies before finally finding Cool/Hot Guys. They not only got me the 2-stage Trane unit I wanted but they came in at a fantastic price to boot. Awesome labor/parts/maintenance warranty too. Jason was extremely professional and courteous, kindly answering all of my questions. Pedro and the install team were great too. I'm a professional tradesman who knows quality work when I see it, love my new unit and very happy with this decision. Do yourself a favor if you're on the fence and just give them a call!
When I contracted with Cool/Hot guys to replace my home's HVAC ducting in it's entirety things started off a little bumpy due to a new employee. I did not have a high confidence level that things were going the right way. However, when I contacted Joe, the owner, he went above and beyond to take care of me. He personally came and inspected the work and made sure everything was done correctly. He made things right and he stands behind his work. At the end of the job I was very satisfied and I'd highly recommend these guys to take care of your HVAC needs. Finding an honest, trustworthy and ethical home service company with great pricing is hard. This is one of those companies.
Just a really positive experience with Cool/Hot Guys on the installation of our new 19 SEER Bosch unit. From the initial contact with Jason the sale rep to the install crew. I cannot say enough good things about this company. My own family utilizes their services as well as many close friends. I had a thermostat issue with my heating and I called for assistance. Not even 24 hours later, Julio came to my house prompt and on time, and he called in advance to let me know his ETA. He was extremely respectful, accommodating and fast. This encounter, like many from this company, was the epitome of quality service. I would highly recommend using them for any A/C repair or maintenance.
Called joe off of a referral and was able to give me quote the same day as I called. His two guys showed up on time and were very clean and professional. Joe would not take payment until he came and inspected the job. We both went around and inspected everything while I asked him many questions. Which he was more than willing to answer. He then noticed a piece of drywall that was damaged and instantly made note of it to have his drywall guy contact me to come fix the damage. Super honest and down to earth and honest and straightforward pricing.
I had a few estimates for new AC/Furnace and Cool/Hot Guys AC was not only the best, but they ended up getting me a higher seer system at a better price than the competitors. Other companies had an indefinite wait for the system to arrive while C/HG AC had the new system installed within a week. I appreciated their policy to take payment when the work was completely done rather than asking for half of the payment up front like others do. Their warranty was competitive as well. The installation and cleanup was exceptional. By accident, they did damage our ceiling but had it fixed within 48 hours and it looks great (no additional cost). I paid exactly what I was quoted. Joe (owner) came to ensure that the job was done to my satisfaction and to ensure I was able to run the system. I appreciated his expertise and professionalism. I would recommend Cool/Hot Guys to anyone looking to get the job done right the first time.

Our AC was not cooling below 80. I did call Joe in the morning he called 30 min later and told me his technician, Julio will come between 2-5. His tech arrived at 2 worked for 2 hours, our AC needed lots of Freon which got very expensive and Julio had repaired a leakage. AC is working well and the house is cold again. outstanding service, the same day. They do not charge for service call they come and check the problem and its up to you if you want them to repair or call another company, no pressure!!
My central air conked out and my house was heating up quickly. Cool/Hot Guys was very responsive when I called after-hours. They were able to come right out and had me up and running in a matter of minutes. Their service was excellent and pricing was extremely fair. These guys are now my go to for anything HVAC.
Wow! Fair, and honest Day one Julio the technician arrived on time. He was respectfully, knowledgeable, and friendly. After he inspected my a/c unit free of charge he explained my options. I choose the a/c unit rejuvenation. Day 2 I made an appointment, Day 3. He again arrived on time, his work was thorough, and in just a few hours my now rejuvenated system is running quite, cool, and smooth. He took pictures/ video of the work he did. He also showed me the old parts replaced and explained what they were. I’m extremely pleased with the techs service and the entire company as a whole.
Julio was really great and responsive. He came in the first time for an A/C maintenance/check up and was punctual and very professional. Then, there was an issue with the thermostat which made an electric-like noise and as soon as I contacted Julio he got back to me right away and didn’t mind at all to come back as soon as I let him know and check what the problem was. He came on the same day I let him know and he fixed the problem. Even though it wasn’t a huge problem with the air conditioning, he didn’t leave until we were happy with the result. You can tell this business and Julio truly care about their work and their customers and want to do the best job possible. I will contact Cool/Hot Guys AC for all of my A/C needs from now on and I’m glad I found someone so reliable and professional.
Blown away!!! Great customer service, professional installers, quality equipment and excellent value. They did what they said they’d do, and did it when they said they would. They gave me a price over the phone, offered a cash discount, a 10 year parts and labor warranty and a twice a year preventive maintenance plan for 10 years. All included. Their price was competitive with other quotes, but the 10 year total protection, assures me that when I’m out of town in the summer, my family won’t need to worry about the A/C going out. Being in the service and repair business, I know tradesman when I see one and I can pick out the con artists. Very happy with the whole experience.
We used this company to inspect AC prior to our purchase of a new home. Due to a miscommunication from an ambiguous invoice and request for further documentation, I received this response from the owner. I am just so hurt that I was treated this way... "Amanda, your complete lack of knowledge and understanding of this matter has completely eroded my patience. This is the last email I am writing in this matter. You can either call me and I will explain your incompetence to you or (and I would really prefer this second option) your clients can call me and I will explain it to them. Thank you, Joseph L. Bua"

Joe was very quick to respond to an AC outage and I was able to get an evaluation and quote the same day. The installers were professional and courteous, and left everything tidy and clean after installation. I will be using them when the 2nd AC needs to be replaced. I’m happy to recommend this family owned business to everyone!!! Thanks Joe!!!!
We just moved to our new condo and were having some AC issues In 100f weather. We were referred to Joe from our maintenance guy at our complex. Joe was a breath of fresh air! He came over when he said he would and diagnosed the issue within minutes and fixed the issue. No gimmicks no up selling, just a straight shooter and extremely knowledgeable guy. I can see now how anyone he services they will become a life long customer because of his business ethics and honesty. We are very grateful to have met Joe and will be using his services going forward for our home and business.
