They canceled our scheduled appointment 3 times, over a period of 3 weeks. The last cancellation was for an appointment this week. We received the notice of cancellation, but they did not reschedule this time. When I finally got ahold of them, they said a technician had walked out and they were no longer scheduling appointments. This was to be the general servicing of our HVAC system. When I called another company to get this done, the earliest time they had was in March! Our home warranty company said this is the only company they have a contract with for Eugene. Landmark Home Warranty is the company we have a year’s contract with. When our year is up, we are done with them also.

The technician was very friendly, fast and efficient he did maintenance on my hvac just under half hour would recommend 100%
So far I’m not impressed. We’ll see how it goes from here.
Cool Heat was contracted to us by American Home Shield. Their tech, Ken, came out on time, and was able to fix not only our initial problem with our heat pump, but also identified an issue with our furnace that prevented our aux heat from functioning properly. He was quick with his work, but didn't let that sacrifice quality. Plus, our dog liked him as well. Thanks again for getting us back up and running, Ken! I'd highly recommend them.
They sent Cody and Devon to my house to remove my old gas furnace and install a new one. They were professional,polite, and very knowledgeable. They did a great job of cleaning up, and now my home is toasty warm. I am very satisfied with their service.
I had a furnace go out right after buying my house. I was serviced by Cool Heat, who came out and replaced the Furnace in a single day. They sent out two technicians that were very professional. They even had to move my water heater out of the way and didn't charge for it because it wasn't in my original quote. Soon after they left, the furnace stopped working so I called them. The owner himself showed up that SAME DAY to diagnose the problem (loose wire from shipping, not their fault!) and now my house is back to being cozy and warm. They are also very responsive and helpful over the phone, and always answered my phone calls when I called during business hours. THANK YOU Cool Heat!! 5/5!
AC went out during a heat wave in summer. Two technicians were here the next day and had the problem diagnosed quickly and were able to fix it quickly, all within an hour.
Wade is the owner and after i told him i had to call 7 times he told me that he had directed office staff to not answer the phone because customers are just to mean. When you call the phone will ring then message box is full. Very unprofessional on service call. Took 20 days to get an appointment. I had to call 6 times to confirm they were coming. Wade stated he was back logged and did need any more business. He stated he is unable to get tech to work for him and two of his office staff have quite. Got angery when i called the warrant company to verify i was to write him a check. Warrant company stated i was not.
Jesse was amazing! On the hottest day of the year he responded immediately and fixed our a/c unit. Don't hesitate to call them !
They removed and replaced a condenser unit for the heat pump that had rusted out and lost all of the R-410. They ordered a new unit, showed up on time,on the date they said they would, with the product promised, at the price stated. I think that's all you can ask from someone. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our furnace blower motor went out just before Thanksgiving. Our primary HVAC company wasn't able to get us scheduled for a week. Cool Heat was able to see us the very same day! They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were addressed before the long, and cold, Thanksgiving holiday!
Tech was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.
