Cool & Heat AC are knowlegeable, reasonably priced and above all else, trustworthy. Leo, Jessica and their team are the holy trinity of AC repair and installation. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and at the price I was happy with. I cannot thank them enough.

Leo and his men did an excellent job installing a mini split AC system in my garage. He is detailed and cares about his work. Scheduling and communication with Jessica was also great.

Leo and his wife Jessika were wonderful to work with, from start to finish. Called the company on a Friday afternoon due to the evaporator coils freezing over due to a leak in the system. Jessica had a tech over that afternoon to come address the problem and find a solution. The tech was very professional and quickly located the leak in the evaporator coil. Jessica was able to locate our warranty on the system and help run us through the options for fixing the system. She explained the options of replacing the evaporator coil using the warranty or attempting to seal the leak. She explained thoroughly how attempting the repair would void the warranty but would be a cheaper repair and was not pushing to do the more expensive option. She left the choice with us but explained the options so we could make an informed decision. We decided to utilize the warranty since that is what it was there for and replace the whole evaporator coil. Since this was a Friday, we would not be able to get the part until Monday at the earliest. For the time being, since the leak was minor, they charged the unit with more refrigerant to get us through the weekend comfortably. On Saturday, Jessica continuing working to solve our problems and was able to process our warranty with York (York charges a $100 to process a warranty, just FYI to those of you that have them). She was able to find our part during a parts shortage and get the part in Monday afternoon, ahead of schedule. After receiving notification of the new part in, they immediately came to the house, removed the old evaporator coil, and went to the distributor to exchange the part. They came back shortly after their long drive to the distributor to install the coil the same day. Unfortunately, the distributor did not include all the parts needed for install when they picked up the unit, so they were unable to compete the install that night. Leo did an outstanding job dealing with my air conditioning problem. He very skillfully diagnosed the underlying problem and was able to fix it in short order. His professional demeanor put my mind at ease and the result was a job done exepcetionally well. I will definitely be calling Cool & Heat Air Conditioning for my future AC needs.

Leo, Jessika and Alex were wonderful. From the first day Leo came to give me an estimate he gave me so many tips on maintaining my a/c system to prolong its life and limit ac service calls. I met with three companies before deciding and was already leaning toward Cool & Heat Air Conditioning from the beginning. My experience was they’re honest, transparent, dependable and reasonably priced. I had been using one guy for years who was undependable and apparently did some shoddy work and only continued to use him because his MIL was an acquaintance. Last I heard she won’t recommend him either anymore.😂 I highly recommend “Cool & Heat Air Conditioning.” Also, I almost forgot to mention Leo brought a stand-alone air conditioner so when they had to turn off my air for 4 hours he hooked it up & my place remained cold & comfy for my out of town guests and me!
Leo and his assistant did a fantastic job! They were on time and explain thoroughly the issues throughout the process. My ac unit is only 3 yrs old but there are leaks throughout the pvc pipes. Leo repipe everything and there are no more leaks. Leo also clean up all the molds, secure all loose wires and flush the AC system. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely a 5 stars service

I called Cool & Heat in desperation, for a second opinion, as my A/C was blowing hot air after undergoing routine maintenance Monday by another company. The unit was cooling normally after that technician finished servicing the air handling unit in my apt before accessing the roof Monday, as we checked the temperature of the air coming out of the vent before he went up, and when he came down he said all was well with the roof unit. Unfortunately, I started feeling hot that night but did not think it was the A/C, and it was not until Wed that I realized that the A/C was only blowing hot air. When their manager came to investigate Thursday, he told me that I would need a new blower motor costing like $650 (he estimated) and when I said my unit was old perhaps a new unit was in order, the office later would not even quote me a replacement part stating that as my unit was over 10 years old, they would not change a part, even though they had changed a part some years back, after the 10 year anniversary! So I called Cool & Heat Friday and Jessika was so patient listening to my troubles and since it was late, the next day, Leo serviced my unit (today Saturday) and diagnosed the problem, not as a broken blower motor, but as a bad capacitor which he replaced giving my unit a bit more life. There was nothing wrong with the motor. They were also very kind with their invoicing in light of my troubles. Needless to say, I will use Cool & Heat from now on for maintenance and service and when the time comes that I replace my unit. I heartily recommend them for their prompt, kind, transparent, and professional service. They have taken pictures of my roof unit showing how they found it, the shoddy work done by my previous company (who I used for some 20 yrs) and the work that Leo performed.
