Doug was very professional and very fair in pricing to repair my A/C. I will definitely recommend his company and use him again I’m the future.
Maybe whoever is driving their van shouldn't be blowing past stop signs in the middle of the day in a residential neighborhood. If he didn't notice the stop sign that means he's not paying attention probably the same with his work. if he did see the sign and just decided to blow it that's a matter of character which I also wouldn't trust his work. After reading the reply the Owners response was professional and fair, everyone makes mistakes. I could be wrong.
My family has been a customer of doug for over 7 years. I can't say enough good things. integrity. Master class knowledge of old systems and new. He solves the problem in the way that the customer requests instead of force feeding a new purchase. He's repeatedly offered my family and friends of our family affordable, intelligent, cost-effective solutions, And we love him for his expertise and timeliness... it's extremely difficult to find someone these days who doesn't take advantage of their superior knowledge when you are in a leveraged position. Doug is someone we have been able to trust time and time again. It can't always be a cheap repair, but he does his best and presents the best options available, truly. we're grateful to have you in the community Doug. I'm adding this review because last night he got another friends 35-year-old system running again On a 90 degree day, after many other contractors had already gone home for the night. If I had more than two thumbs to point up, I would.
Doug has the knowledge and experience to troubleshoot any of your heating and AC problems. He is honest and offers a fair price. We would not call anyone else.

Great Experience! Doug said he would be at our home at 10 AM and was early. We had a basement pipe that had separated and lost installation. Doug replaced and re-routed piping as well as re-insulated the copper piping. He has great customer service and educated me along the way. I will keep him on speed dial if I need him in the future for anything regarding my heating and cooling systems.

I have lived in my current house since 2004 and I had a major issues with my system, I contracted at least 7 different companies through the years to fix the problem and no one could. I am glad to say that, I have finally met the best one of all. Doug came and diagnosed the problem the first day and offered me a quote a lot lower than anyone else! Best HVAC work in Atlanta. We have two commercial buildings Doug services and could not be happier with his work and fees. He also does our residence and completely rebuilt the indoor air handling unit. It now performs better than we ever expected. Highly recommended.

Doug came out yesterday to help us with an ailing AC system. We already had another repair guy out the week before who told me I needed a whole new system and recommended we replace both full systems due to outdated refrigerant. Yeah, right! :-) Doug took care of us by researching our unit and finding out that the outside unit was still under a parts warranty. Thanks Doug!
