They are the best.
They came fast, and fixed my AC quickly. They also didn't charge me for the replacement part just for the labor. I was very satisfied with the work.
Worst service I’ve ever had. The repair worked for all of 5 minutes and I didn’t get a call back or a visit back from the service tech. All I know for sure they did was trip the breaker and clean the outside portion of the fan with my hose. It was over 100 and it was treated as not urgent. I have an elderly parent living with me. Sad I can’t give negative stars

Mom and dad’s unit broke today. It is 90 degrees outside and the house temp is 88 degrees. I called Larry’s number his wife answered and said bec my parents are elderly Larry will do his best to check the unit. Sure enough in less than 2 hrs Larry came and changed the motor Of the Aircon. The unit is working again and cooling the house. We can’t thank you enough for the rapid response we weren’t sure we will get someone for days due to the Texas heat there are so many repair jobs out there. Thank you and may God bless you for helping the elderly in the community. ❤️
They are the only people I trust anymore to work on my hvacs. I wouldn’t use anyone else nor would I call anyone else. Cool effects by Larry is probably the most trustworthy company I can think of in terms of who I do business with. Don’t call anyone else besides them if you want someone that will treat you right and give you good honest hard work.
This is the second time I've used cool effects and both times I have been very happy with them and would highly recommend giving them a try if have A/C problems

I had a wonderful experience with this company and with the team that replaced my a/c system. I have never been so pleased with anyone coming into my home and providing a service than I am with Larry, his wife and their team. I am very pleased with the system they installed and with my new thermostat. If I could give more stars, I definitely would!
