I've bought I think 5 units for different properties from Mark, he's always honest does a good job and the stuff works well after he's done. Best Air & Heat guy I'm aware of, he doesn't talk up his prices or anything, he just charges a fair price and works quick too. His guys that do the installs are clean too, they don't make a big mess and all very friendly. Instead of wondering who to call, call Mark, the cool doctor and you'll have a new HVAC guy in you can always call if you have any trouble.
Prompt, getting back to me, we weren't able to get together on the price to replace our blower motor.
Mark is very knowledgeable and won't quit until everything is working perfectly. His prices are excellent, the lowest I've ever seen for the quality of work that is performed. He also does not upsell or insist on spending more money than needed; very honest. My go to guy and company for all future HVAC needs!

The owner Mark came out to service my heatpump. He and his helper did all the repairs for less than half of what a bigger chain company quoted me. Still going strong a year later. I'm very happy with their work.
Mark and his crew are fantastic! I called late in the afternoon to get a quote and he was at my house within 90 min. Took off his shoes before entering the house and inspected my old 17 year old AC system. I new it had to be replaced and he gave me options and explained in detail each option. He was never pushy or tried to up sell me on anything I didn't need. He said he would get me a quote that evening, and sure enough, at 8:30 he kept his word and provided my quote. It was very fair and came in under 2 other quotes. Mark and his 2 workers showed up the next morning, right on time. Again took their shoes off before entering the house and got right to work removing the old system. He said he would be finished about 2:00 PM, and he was! I watched each step of the work that was being performed because I'm "one of those guys" (I'm a mechanic and manage several businesses). I could not be more pleased with the quality and attention to detail of the installation of the new equipment. They cleaned up everything and did not leave until Mark inspected the equipment for proper operation and the work areas. I highly recommend Mark at Cool Doctor for any of your AC/Heating needs. He and his crew are very professional, caring, and do exactly what they promise. He said he would be back tomorrow to do a final check, and I know he will.
