I got my entire AC unit replaced. William was nothing short of spectacular. He was very professional, he beat any competitors price and believe when I say I shopped around ! Definitely will be calling will with any future needs !

Look no further, great service!! I called and I was fortunate enough to get same day service (arrived in less than an hour). Friendly, straight to business, no hassle. AC Is working and cooling the house as I type. Thank you Cool and Cozy. Update: within the same day my AC stopped working again and I had to contact a different carrier who came the next day and repaired the Unit. It has been working with no issues since. But I was able to get a partial refund from Cool & Cozy.

Damien was the best AC repair man that we have had to come out to fix our unit he was on time very professional and didn’t even mind the dog or the mess in the househe worked very fast within 30 minutes my AC unit was fixed. Thank God for Cool and Cozy AC repair.

Our ac broke on a 90 degree day and Cool and Cozy was able to come out the same day with in just a couple hours! They were professional and very friendly and able to get us up and running the same day with out costing an arm in leg. I would highly recommend them.

Unbelievable, is the best word I can offer to describe the level of service, craftsmanship, attention to detail, timeliness, knowledge, honesty, affordability, trust, trust and did i say trust, that this company offers. If they say it, its true. It feels so good trusting a vendor, a service, a business, a person to do what they said they will do and most times more. What you see is only a small peek thru a window of what these master craftsmen, accomplish each and every job.
We couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the ac. We called Cool & Cozy and they answered right away and had a technician out within an hour. Our technician Damien was amazing and so nice. He fixed the issue right away and had the air blowing cool in no time. Would definitely recommend. Very professional, on time and definitely a good price !
