I can't say enough good things about Joe @ Cool Connections. He helped my elderly father-in-law during an emergency HVAC situation. He is very honest and transparent about pricing.

I needed a new evaporator coil and had been running into walls dealing with other companies as well as my home warranty company. It had been over 2 months since the coil had busted and I used my HVAC system at all. I was referred to Cool Connections through a family friend and Angel came out to inspect the issue on Friday and came back on Tuesday and replaced the coil. Angel was reliable, honest and communicative. He has earned my both my trust and business for years to come. Thank you Angel and Cool Connections!!!

AC began blowing hot air on Tuesday afternoon. I called Cool Connections and the earliest Joe could get there was after 3:00 on Wednesday. Got a call Wednesday morning, and he was able to squeeze me in around 9:00AM. Came by, discovered a wire had burned loose from the compressor. Quick fix, checked other components, found the original capacitor needed replacement. He had me back up and running in no time, and was very reasonable. I will always call these folks. Honest, and doing their level best to take care of their customers.

Came out within a couple hours and had my outside unit back to cool air within 30 minutes. Only had a minor issue, needed a new capacitor, but still...great and speedy service with a fair price. Will be calling this company again for any HVAC needs.

Great Service and Price! I live in Allen and have worked with Cool Connections twice. Once to replace my outside unit's fan and capacitor and recently for replacing the blower motor on the inside unit. I was highly impressed with each service call. Joe the owner and the person who performed the work both times is very honest and does not overcharge or try to sell you on things you don't need. I will call Cool Connections anytime I need help with my heating or air. It is not often you find a trustworthy company like them.
