A complete diagnosis of my air conditioning system and they got it up and running without a whole lot of issues. Very professional and they had the hard to find R-407C freon which I needed. Thank you guys.
My ac wasn't keeping up with the recent heat wave. Called to have it inspected. I chose Cool Comfort based off reviews. Technician arrived did the inspection, but everything was fine. Very knowledgeable and honest young man. I was confident in his evaluation. After a few more days, decided to get a quote on a new unit. Pedro arrived on time. He was experienced, transparent, and honest. We were never pressured into purchasing anything. Everything he said they would do was done. I am more than satisfied with the install. I am just happy we finally found an hvac company we can trust. You don't feel just like a dollar sign. They genuinely care about their customers. Thank you Cool Comfort. God Bless.
Pedro is AMAZING!!! we have had some minor problems with our unit that could have been much worse but Pedro quickly found the issues and is always courteous and kind to work with!!!! And they are very fairly priced!

I called and received a response letting me know that they were able to give me same day service Brandon called 25min before coming to my home confirm the location VERY punctual and thorough with information the standard charge to assess is fairly priced and there not forcing you to choose them they tell you what’s wrong what it cost to get the service done with them and if you choose to pursue someone else there no hard feeling I decided to use them the repair was done within 30 min had a great convo and the technician Brandon was on his way I appreciate the quick response and having the knowledge to fix the problem fast my home was about 81 degrees within 3 to 4 hours it was in range of my set point so the problem was definitely fix I will use them again if ever needed

Our AC went out in the morning and my husband called them to come fix it and we had AC right away! We were only out of AC for a few hours. I highly recommend their services! They did a great job and were so professional.
Called them out to locate a leak in my system. Pedro is as honest and professional as they come. He offered me multiple solutions without trying to forcefully sell me something I didn't want or need at this time, while also explaining the risks. After inspecting the system, I chose to repair the leak that was found on the condenser coil and he did an excellent job at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.

I had a furnace that was giving me issues. I called them up and they were able to come out the same day. The tech spent a good amount of time explaining to me what he thought might be the problem and what I could do to prevent it from happening again.

Pedro Castro of Cool Comfort Solutions installed our system last summer. They were neat as they worked and completed tear our and installation in one day. Very satisfied with the results. Last Saturday we returned from a trip to find that our system was offline. We called Pedro and he came out that evening. Our thermostat was bad. He installed a new thermostat and assisted me in connecting it to my phone. System back on line! There was no charge as the system was under warranty. Really appreciate Pedro's quick response to our need since we were having a family event the next day.
