I just had Cool Comfort install a second unit in my house. Last year they replaced my downstairs unit because it died. It ran so well that I replaced my upstairs unit even though it was working fine. It's amazingly silent, cools fast, all the rooms are the same temperature now. The original system cooled down half the house. Now the whole house cools down together. Yes the installation was perfect, but what really impresses me the most is how knowledgeable Serge is. He spent time to calculate airflow, which rooms were more prone to heating up, and what the most efficient system would look like. I am sitting in the room that has never been under 90 degrees in the summer. Right now it's 78 degrees and I've never enjoyed my house more. I wouldn't consider anyone else. Matter of fact, he will be replacing my parents system soon. This is how satisfied I am with Cool Comfort.
Cool Heating and Comfort did a great job on my house. I was impressed with their speed and precision in getting a brand new A/C installed. They made it clear if there were any issues at all they would come back and take care of it. I highly recommend, definitely the best contractor I worked with for my house repairs.
I used Cool Comfort to have central air put in my house. They were absolutely wonderful! The men who came out were polite and took their time with installing the system and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend this company!
I called on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, expecting to be told I'd have to wait days for service. Serge was so kind and helpful and was able to accommodate my needs the next morning. So professional. So trustworthy. I wish every service company I dealt with was as pleasant as this one.
Great, no pressure sales experience. Installers did everything in one day. They were courteous, clean, polite, and answered all of our questions. They worked all day for 11+ hrs, and even patched an oversized hole in the foundation for the refrigerant line with cement. I couldn't have been happier with the sales process, installation process, and the entire experience from start to finish
Best company experience I have had in a long time, from the estimate and evaluation, to the installation of the system. A very difficult job due to space restrictions in our attic; Serg crawled in the attic to determine if it was possible. Very quality workmanship from start to the finish. Serg and Aldo gave us an orientation of the furnace, compressor and thermostat. They explained how important it was to maintain our filter since we never replaced ours.
We got four estimates for a furnace before choosing Cool Comfort heating and cooling. Serge (the GM), did the most thorough evaluation of our heating needs of any company, measuring square footage and total window area. The price wasn’t the lowest among the four estimates and they carry American Standard. They were able to install our furnace just a few business days after and they did it in 5 hours. Serge and Aldo were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They put down tarps between the entry door and our furnace in the closet and did a great job cleaning up and explaining how to run the furnace and prepare for our inspection. The inspection (Inspector Sam) was flawless. I would recommend Cool Comfort heating and cooling to anyone looking for a furnace.
