My AC broke so I saw this company advertisement and decided to give them a try. The guy who came to fix my air seemed exhausted… said he’s been working over time I felt so bad. Said he lacked the material that needed to be used to fix it, so he said he’d call his boss. His boss never got back to him so he had to come back a few days later. Terrible. Poor quality and poor treatment to employees! Do better.

Cool Care Heating and Air is an amazing company of wonderfully friendly and compassionate people. I had an issue Sunday night (right before Memorial Day) and the technician was here within 2 hours.
