I had a great experience with Joe when he came in to diagnose our AC system. He gave me helpful information. He was professional, came on time and quickly. AC repairs are often inconvenient and annoying but happy he was able to answer my questions and give me some direction on how to get it fixed. Will be using them again.

I personally had a great experience using this company. They were prompt, hard working and solved all of our issues. My A/C wasn’t cooling my house. They came the very next day and communicated what was wrong and was able to fix it in the spot. Then we later organized a date and time to change my old unit. They were professional and kind. I would definitely recommend and use their service again!!
Sharing my experience with Joe from Cool Care heating & air. I found Joe to be an honest person, and actually spent time explaining thoroughly what the issue is, and what it would take to fix it. I did not feel like I was being lied to or pressured to spend money at any occasion. I will definitely be using Cool Care Heating & air for any future needs.
Installed a brand new heater and AC that works great! Very responsive to communication. Everyone acted very professionally. Installed new system in time for changing of the seasons.

We had Fadi come out to fix our air conditioner that stopped working in the hottest part of July. It was a older unit and it had a bad relay that had to be replaced. He ordered the part from Radwell international which told us the part was delayed because of Covid and later told us the part was discontinued.......But they Recomended another part that would work with it, so Fadi ordered it and thank God he was able to make it work with our unit !!! Thank you for this company and his professionalism and Resonable prices !!! I would definitely use them again 😊
Bad experience last year when they repaired the AC. The cost was overly inflated. I won't recommend to anyone.
We had a service tech come out and check our a/c unit and furnace. He claims that we needed a new motherboard and that it would cost me 700 dollars only for the part. I went to a distributor and got one for 56 dollars. These folks are really taking advantage of people and overcharging for a part.
Fadi has done work on several houses for us and always does efficient, honest work. He has great communication and always gets the job done when he says he will. If we ever have an issue, we don't hesitate calling him and knowing he will resolve the problem for the best price. Thank you!
