Had a great experience, didn't get that feeling I was being taken advantage of. He was honest in everything that he came across good or bad. Was prompt in time that I was told he would be. Will continue to use their service happily. Thank you!
Love this guy, he goes the extra mile!! Had contacted several companies to have my AC unit serviced, he replied within minutes! Came over the next day ( a Sunday) and checked it out. Later,, I noted a small problem and he was here to fix it at no further charge to me. Very reasonable rates and knowledgeable- works for me!! He is even going to contact me when it's time to service the heater, so I don't have to think about it!! My new go to guy!
Jesse at Cool Breeze Heating and Air was on time and more importantly, was affordable. I had another company out before him, and I was told I needed a new AC unit, so, I called Cool Breeze for a second opinion. Jesse saved my current one, and I thought this was outstanding, being, I didn’t have the extra money at the time for a new one. Thank You, Jesse!
