The guys at Cool Breeze heat and air were great. They worked quickly installing a new unit to keep us cool. They were even a bit less expensive than the other guys we got quotes from. I recommend theme and have already had friends hire them for their own cooling needs.
Have used Cool Breeze for years at 2 different homes. Always get a quick response and quality work. Highly recommend them. They won't take advantage of you either.
Great company - after buying a new home and setting up our first maintenance call, our AC went out a few days before we were scheduled to have a tech come out, on the hottest day of the year, and on a holiday! Just a few hours after calling (and again, on a holiday) our AC was repaired and maintenance work was completed as well. They were helpful, kind, experienced, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! We'll continue to use them for regular maintenance and any future repairs needed. Thank you!
Called for a repair and the service tech that came out was very knowledgeable. They did a major repair the same day and I was happy with the price. Definitely recommend Cool Breeze. Thank you guys!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Thankful this company was recommended to us. Lindsay was so incredibly helpful. HVAC can be completely overwhelming when you have no knowledge of the industry and you're getting ready to spend a bit of money. We never felt pressured and they gave us time to digest out options. Would definitely recommend!
We came home from vacation to a frozen unit!! I called Cool Breeze. Not only did they contact me immediately but they were here the next morning and fixed my AC unit. Oh not to mention I am a returning customer Cool Breeze for the win!!!

this is the 2nd time we've used them, completely satisfied both times. The first time they offered a competitive rate for installing a new air handler in the attic above 2nd floor because the fan motor died and replaced the condenser unit outside also because the salt air got to it and rusted it completely. they willingly honored my request to bring it further behind a wall to protect it from the elements and got a 10 year warranty as original owner. Fast forward to today; noticed my AC system was running for hours constantly late last night but not cooling. i shut the system off overnight and called them at 9am. Kim answered and was very pleasant and nice, said "we can have a technician come out there later today around 12pm-1pm". i was thinking "wow, same day service!" lol. i told her i had an errand in Sanford and will be able to make that. i come back to my house at 11:30am, the Gentlemen is waiting already outside. Within 30 minutes, he refills it with refrigerant and the house was already cooling down and he was on his way. This is a fantastic, family-owned company and they take pride in their work and reputation (which is hard to come by) and will continue to use them exclusively for all of our properties in the future. Thank you Scott and the rest of the family at Cool Breeze!

I bought a new HVAC from Cool Breeze. Kim (who works in the office) was my support all the way, until everything was worked out with the finances and my scheduling problems. Thank you Kim! Your a rock star!!! Rich and John came for the install. Fabulous guys. Polite; personable and professional!!! Took the old unit out and installed the new unit. Explained everything as they worked. John went under the house to check out the duct work for me. I really expected a big mess afterwards 🤷♀️. Everything was picked up and cleaned. I will recommend Cool Breeze to everyone!!! Thank you 😊

Cool Breeze is without a doubt the best company we've had do work for us. No one compares to the professionalism, knowledge and fairness of every person we've had the pleasure of dealing with!! Simply the best AC service in the area. We needed our 20+ year old AC replaced and Cool Breeze Heat & Air made everything... well a breeze. Not only was everything hassle free and professional, but the value was simply unbeatable. I know the standard is to call around for quotes when getting a new system, but let me just save you some time and trouble by telling you that this is the company to go with.

I highly recommend this company for your cooling and heating needs. We needed a new AC unit and this company installed one at an affordable price. Adam and Chris did the installation and they were very thorough and professional. They were also very friendly and answered any questions that I had. Do not hesitate to call Cool Breeze if you need any work done!
We've dealt with many hot nights and even hotter days, but we were finally able to afford a brand new air conditioning system! We contacted Scott Moore with Cool Breeze and he sent out an assessor to give me options on repairing/replacing our unit, advised us on which product and size to go with, gave us time to think about it, and within the week was able to send some good, hard workers to knock this job out. This house had some odd work done to it so the unit inside was a bit of a task but the employees handled it with ease. Everything was professionally done and our new system was explained to us in detail. Now that this new system is in, I cannot believe we went so long without this level of cooling! So glad we moved forward with this and did not wait any longer.
Lindsay’s communication was great! Even with the bad weather they made sure to finish the job in a timely matter. So glad to have our AC back!
I have to say that this was the worst experience with this fly by night company ever, Installation of my system was done so bad that there is nothing but trouble, i won’t even call back scott and his team to service the units, I still have trouble till this day, i’m waiting for them to totally die to get a new system, Do not use this company, the other reviews on here have to be friends or family posting, do not hire Cool Breeze you will regret it.
