Bill found the root causes of our A/C failure in about 15 minutes and proceeded to clear a condensate drain line, replaced a failed thermostat, and recharged the system which was low on refrigerant, resulting in our A/C working better than when it was first installed nine years ago. Refrigerant isn’t cheap but he knew which one matched our type which was less expensive than other formulas. All around perfect experience!
Bill came out in the rain storm this week to do service maintenance on my HVAC/AC. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He found the thermostat had a shorted wire causing my AC & Heater to run at the same time. It was a great catch as I’ve been wondering why my gas bills were so elevated last summer when I was using only AC (no heat) This solved an expensive problem! Thank you so much for your expertise.

Our AC broke during the last heat wave and it was miserable. Bill was here on a Wednesday and somehow made it work in his schedule to install that Friday. He did such a detailed analysis of what are options were and wrote it all down for us. There was never any pressure to go with him at all. His crew came in on Friday and worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend.
In the middle of a horrible heat wave my upstairs air conditioner broke on a Thursday early evening. I called Cool Air Technologies on Friday morning, left a message and Trish called me back within a half hour, they had a cancellation on Saturday and Bill & Johnathan we’re here at the time specified. Air conditioner fixed quickly, did maintenance on both units! This is the only company I will use for my air conditioner/hvac units. Thank you Trish & Bill for being there for me once again!

It was a hot Sunday night in June when we heard a strange noise coming from our backyard. We discovered our AC unit was on but the fan was not turning. We have used Cool Air Technologies for all our AC needs and called Bill on Monday morning. He was out the same day to investigate the cause. We discussed possible fixes but as our system was over 30 years old, realized that these short term fixes may be money down the drain. We opted for a new system including the coil and condenser. The price was extremely competitive compared to other quotes we received. Two days later Bill and his crew were on site to perform the work. The work was done expertly and by the end of the day we were enjoying our new system. Over the past few months we have noticed a dramatic decrease in our electricity usage when the AC is on and the system is so efficient in cooling it doesn't have to run as long as in the past. We are so happy we decided to go with the new unit. We will continue to use Cool Air for our future needs but I have a feeling we won't be seeing Bill for a while given how well this unit is performing.

He was able to squeeze me in the same day for a diagnosis for a competitive price. He showed up with Larry & got to work immediately. It took them only a few minutes to figure out what I needed repaired & gave some money saving tips on how to keep my unit running in pristine conditions for years to come. They even took extra time to ensure the unit would run smooth & quiet. (It was making rattling noises that my neighbors could hear. Yikes!) Bill and his team were fantastic. He even let us borrow a portable air conditioner while we waited for them to install the new unit. His crew was highly professional and fixed some problems we had from previous installers. Excellent, honest, and above the top work; we highly recommend them.
We've used Bill at Cool Air for several years. They kept our old unit running as long as possible before we finally had to replace it this year. They gave us a competitive price and made some good recommendations on how to improve air circulation in our old house using original unused vents from the 1930s. The new unit is quieter and using the extra vents, we're extremely pleased. Bill and his team are responsive (you call and actually get a live person), are dependable and his crew was hard working, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. I highly recommend this company.
Cool Air Technologies is a great local company! I called them recently to come out and check our heating system. Bill had installed our system several years ago along with some terrific heating vents that he recommended which increase the efficiency of our heating & cooling. He came out within a day of my call, he was prompt and extremely professional. He identified our minor issue quickly and fixed it. Couldn't have any better service than that!! I recommend Bill & Cool Air Tech to my real estate contacts.
I called on Wednesday and told Bill my furnace was not coming on. I was informed of the service call charge but the charge is waived if Bill fixes the problem. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day and was given a four hour window. Bill called before he came and he came within the four hour window. Bill analyzed the problem and determined the furnace interface board was bad. Bill presented the options for fixing the problem. He left and returned with a new interface board, installed it and verified that the furnace was working correctly. Bill was pleasant, knowledgeable, honest and fixed my heating problem in a timely matter. The cost was reasonable and I am happy with his service. I would recommend Cool Air Technologies.
