Ignore this review. Another company called ColAir (sic) was responsible for the claimed offense. The names caused confusion. I cannot comment about this company.

I Had a terrible noise coming from the unit outside, so I called last Friday. Not only did they answer the phone when i called, but they got a guy out the same day. The tech was very knowledgeable, answered al my questions and seemed like he had seen this issue before, In fact they had the parts in stock so i was able to get the fan motor swapped out and have the entire issue resolved then and there for alot less than i was expecting! Thanks guys!!
