Out unit(Lennox G16) stopped working suddenly and Leo was dispatched within a couple of hours. I was like … that’s super responsive and let’s keep 🤞 on what the diagnosis will be. I had to be at work but parents at home let Leo who was on time and he fixed the issue. Called before fixing confirming that I will pay the $ amount - I said I’ll pay once I get home in the next hour. He replaced the transformer and the thermostat (old analog Hg based to new programmable Pro T705) and wiTed patiently for my return. Explained everything in person and ahoik hands - payment done and off he went. I read up the reviews online and wasn’t too sure about the service I’ll get - my experience felt like a red carpet/white glove experience - right from the call for appointment to dispatch to problem Resolution and solution. Definitely recommend.
Leo was amazing. He showed up on time and was able to fix my issue. He went above and beyond and ensured that my system was operating properly and was connecting to my phone. Leo also showed me exactly what went wrong and what to look for in the future. Great service

Fantastic work. Listened to what I said and tried to figure out what the issue is. Went above and beyond to check the unit after the first contractor did little and tried to get me to replace it.

Leo was on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. Within just a few minutes of his arrival, the A/C was up and running.
Leo the technician did excellent work! He goes the extra mile and stays on the job to fix a challenging HVAC issue. He knows what he is doing! He solved my AC problem despite challenges with access and equipment. Overall good work.
Vadim was here for a tune-up but once he realized the system needed a repair he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it .

Cool Air For You was contracted to me from my warranty company First American. The air conditioner was not blowing cold air. The contractor showed up and looked at my A/C unit outside and also the unit in the attic. He had a foreign accent and I had to ask him to repeat himself constantly. He told me the evaporator had a leak and and was out of refrigerant. He reported to First American and I was told the cost would be $1,900 and would take three weeks to get the parts. I had another contractor come through Aggies list and the service technician was out the same day and returned the following morning to do the repair. I showed him the parts list that Cool Air For You came up with and they said six parts were needed to be ordered, My second contractor said that three of the parts were unnecessary and the most important part that was needed (refrigerant coil and refrigerant were not included.) Refrigerant cost $70 per pound and I needed 10 lbs. totaling $700.00. The second contractor (Nest) were on-time and fixed the A/C first time. Cool Air For You in my opinion is not reputable, and not professional. They add parts that are not needed in order to add profit that is costing the customer.
