I am very happy with my new Air Conditioner, and service. Dave and Ken have been to my home for many years keeping my Air Conditioner serviced up until the point that it could no longer be serviced (19 years). Both are so professional and pleasant.
AC installation went well and as planned. You can tell they know what they are doing. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism, knowledge and honesty. Give Cool Aid Air Conditioning a chance and you won't regret.
Dave also installed a New evaporative cooler. Which he was very knowledgeable of the unit and it’s operation. We are cool and collected with smiling faces! I would Highly recommend cool aid air conditioning for every air conditioning needs! Thank You Dave
I had a very unique situation where my air handler was like impossible to get to. Dave came and gave me a very honest estimate for what it would cost to replace after all other companies pretended the problem didn't exist when giving me quotes. He was very professional and made sure all of my pipes were clean and would drain. He also provided me with someone who came to fix the drywall that was destroyed by the previous unit. Thank you for making this process as easy as possible. Definitely recommend!
Dave and Ken were so nice, on time, informative and they were able to squeeze us in when we had an emergency with our AC going out in 117°! Definitely will use them again!
Dave and Kennie are lifesavers! AC stopped working and they arrived the next day to give a second opinion. They installed a new motor and AC was back on immediately. The other guy wanted 5x the money to get the AC going. Do yourself a favor and call Cool Aid when you need exceptional service and expertise!

David and his son Ken are the best! Totally professional and knowledgeable and always there to help. They have been taking care of us for over twenty years and I can’t say enough great things about them and the service they provide.
I had a small issue with my A/C and they were able to come out and fix it the next day as well as service my A/C and make it SUPER COLD! A++++++ Great company, no worries!

12/16/19 - Dave and Ken have always been my go to A/C guys for years both at my home and at several rental properties we own. It was time to replace both our 20 plus year A/C units at our home. We had several reputable companies submit estimates for the job and Dave was able to match the best estimate for the same equipment. Dave was also the one who took the pictures and measurements for each location, plus would be the one doing the installation which was important to me instead of a salesman and then a separate install crew. We scheduled a date for the the new 16 Seer Trane units to be installed. Dave had said it would be a two day job and that it was with no problems or complications. It has been roughly two weeks and the new units are working well. Dave handled submitting all the warranty paperwork and just the other day I received the Trane paperwork in the mail. Dave and Ken are always responsive in getting back to me and will continue to be my A/C guys on call for both home and at the rental properties. 4/21/20 - This morning Dave and Ken were on time for my appointment with them to check out and inspect the A/C units at three of my rental properties in preparation for the summer heat here in AZ. The first roof unit checked out fine. The second roof unit they identified a couple of air leaks, one inside the return duct and one below the output duct and they were able to seal both of them which will aid with performance. The third ground unit needed the long underground condensation line cleared and needed a small amount of refrigerant added. What I like about Dave and Ken is they show and point out any concerns to me with the units and system. I like to do preventative maintenance and know my tenants appreciate keeping the a/c units in good working condition. Dave and Ken also will be stopping by our home tomorrow morning as a courtesy check up on the two new 16 seer units that they installed back in mid December. We are pleased with both new u

I was recommended to use Cool Aid Air by a friend whom I know wouldn't make a recommendation they couldn't take pride in. I quickly learned what makes them deserving of such high praise. Dave was prompt and honest and obviously works with integrity. I found out he is also an electrician among all other things you could need a handyman for and he was more than happy to have an honest conversation about several upgrades that I've been wanting to do to my house. I'm sure I'll use his service every time.
We suddenly needed an HVAC expert to help us figure out why our unit runs but doesn't blow into the house. A friend referred Cool Aid so I called. They were able to come by the same day. This company has excellent communication and the techs showed up right on time. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Very friendly and know what they're doing! And our unit was repaired quickly and works great!! Def. recommend Cool Aid, spoke to other companies before calling them, for the same problem and can tell you for sure, their prices are THE fairest. Didn't try to get us to purchase unnecessary equipment or services, overall a great experience.
Ken and Dave showed up promptly, were very professional, knowledgeable and fair. We will refer them to our friends and definitely give them a call for any future HVAC repairs that may come up!
