Great service with great values!
I have to say that when it comes to excellent quality in customer service, doing a great job, and honest and very professional, there could not have been anyone better Cooks Heating and Air. Garrison was right there to help with a big job of making sure that all was taken care of. There were multiple problems to plague my heating and air. They know their job and are excellent at it. Also they had the best price. They addressed all of my concerns. I would recommend them to everyone.
Our furnace quit on us mid-January during a historically cold Utah winter. Garrison and his team provided electrical space heaters for us and patiently waiting for our HELOC to go through the red-tape. They worked very hard to get the HVAC/ AC units installed and working properly so that we could be comfortable again. We are VERY Grateful for their professionalism, patience, and quality service. Thanks Guys its working wonderfully.

Our heater stopped working late on a Monday. Had a 24hr company come in and say it was a $1800 fix. Called Gary late that night and he had two guys come over the next morning and had it fixed within an hour. With only replacing the parts that the other company broke. Thanks cooks!! Will definitely be using them.

Garrison saved me from one of the big name companies that tried to up sell me on an entirely new system! Cost me $150 and the big store was going to charge me $1900!
Garrison and his crew did a great job replacing my AC I have used them before for some repairs and saved his info since I knew I would need to replace my AC system down the road so happy I saved it! I would recommend them for any repairs or replacement that you need! Great job thanks again Garrison and crew!!

Garrison and his crew do professional work and very personable. They had my old furnace and a/c removed and new equipment installed in 1 day plus making it more efficient by re-working existing cold air return and adding 3 more all in the attic. Garrison is upfront honest competitively priced and doesn't take advantage of the situation like the big companies out there. I would recommend Cooks heating and air to anyone they are truly top notch!
It has just been over 2 months when cook’s came out and installed a ac unit in my older home. The house was a bit difficult to work with but they were able to accomplish the job in a timely and professional matter. They were professional from the beginning to the end and their price was worth their work, well recommended especially being a veteran own business.
We had Garrison replace or HVAC last year. He was wonder to work with. Super personable and very honest. We was cheaper than most but the quality is amazing! Our house has never been more efficient! Don’t look anywhere else and use cook’s heating and air!
I would give these guys 10/5 stars if I could. Our AC decided to quit the day before my little girls birthday party. My wife was upset and was on a rampage because it was so hot. I found Cooks AC in the Hometown Values book. It was about 7pm and they answered after business hours. They came out the next day and fixed the AC like it was brand new! Great value. It’s good to know that there are honest and well priced little companies out there. Garrison and his crew are top notch. I’ll call these guys every time to help us out.
Garrison and his crew are top notch. He came and gave us a bid the same day I called. He was the first company that we received a quote from for a new system. Just from meeting him we knew immediately he was the man for the job. In just a few days he had a new ac and furnace installed in record time. I would 100% recommend him and his crew.
Amazing company! Used their Hometown Values Magazine coupon. Garrison came out on a holiday within a few hours of our call. He fixed our AC unit and even took time to look at our furnace and the air ventilation system, helped replace our filter to the correct size. He gave us recommendations and options to help now and in the future with optimal air ventilation. He is knowledgeable, helpful and honest! Will definitely recommend to anyone. Garrison is a modern day Superhero!!! On a day most are off, he reached s within hours of our AC failure! Priced amazing and super helpful, friendly and even gave us some good recommendations on how to take care of our unit! He and his company will forever be our go to from today going forward!
