This company is laser focused on customer comfort. Quality products and excellent customer service. Davy, (my service tech) was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Davy is a good man and I’d recommend him to absolutely anyone. He walked me through the process of replacing my old worn out and busted system every step of the way. Can’t heap enough praise on him. I doubt I’d ever need them again but if I ever need services on my HVAC, I’m calling Control Climate and requesting Davy Bishop. Fantastic experience, 10 Stars.

I’m very satisfied with the services provided. Everything was taken care of very quickly and I went very little time without an a/c. This means I didn’t have to experience the summer heat any longer than necessary. It has been working well since the installation. Davy and (I believe the other guy’s name was) Manny... were both great!!

Let me start off by saying”VERY PROFESSIONAL “....from day 1 when I spoke to Mr Davey Bishop it has been nothing but mind soothing!!! Him and his crew took care of our needs and made sure that we were satisfied with everything!!! They went above and beyond to make sure this system was installed the very same day, and that’s with duct work and all. The company I had spoke with prior to Control Climate told me it would take 3 days to do with an outrageous price!!!! Well let me tell you, it only took roughly 8 hours to do everything on my house that has never had heating and air. So I just want to let everybody know how professional and prompt this company is and choosing them will not be in vain!!

The team at Control Climate was very responsive and helpful in selecting an appropriate new dual-fuel heat-pump and furnace system for my home. The installation process was quick and smooth and the final product looks and performs great. I definitely recommend everyone to consider Control Climate Heating and Cooling for their homes needs.
This was my first experience with Control Climate Heating and Cooling LLC. When setting up the appointment for the initial assessment for my unit over the phone I talked with Amanda, she was professional and courteous from the beginning until the last phone calls to complete the job. Davey Bishop and his teammate Gary were professional and thorough. They took the time to explain each step they were performing while replacing our heat pump and new furnace unit. They proved to me that they valued my time with quick service, honesty, trustworthy and calmed all of my fears of being up charged unnecessarily. Only problem I have is, I wish I would have called them sooner to fix all my needs. I would recommend them to any friend or family member. Thank you for a "Job Well Done!!"
