Alex came out to repair the air conditioner on our rental. My husband was impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness in inspecting the unit and speed in which it was done. After all the issues we've had moving into this rental, this smooth experience was a breath of fresh air.
Very nice respectful. Fixed the issue that should have been fixed when the other company came out to look at the unit but they took their money and left. Continental conditioning and heating fixed the problem and then some. Thank you.

Our Technician Alex was fantastic! Very professional, on time, very nice, and worked with us. He stayed and cycled the system a few times to ensure the fixed worked. Prior to this, the company we tried to get help with our heater before would not fix our heater, for a full month we struggled. Alex got it diagnosed, ordered the parts, and got it fixed the very next day. Fantastic service.

Alex from Continental Air and Heating did an EXCEPTIONAL job, he is very attentive and really cares! He repaired my heating system then checked all my floor registers to make sure the air was flowing right then explained why it was important, as he was leaving he told me to replace the filter soon. If I ever have a problem in the future with my heater or air conditioner I hope Alex is my Tech he gave top notch service! Thank you Alex
Continental Air Conditioner and Heating is a Blessing. Our heater wasn’t working on Saturday morning and the temperature was 20 degrees. They arrived within the time provided and got us warm and toasty. The technician Alex was a pleasure to work with as he explained what he repaired.

I have Choice Home Warranty. Alex accepted the work order to go to my home for a heating repair. He was punctual, knowledgeable and fixed the problem during his appt.
