Chris was my technician honest guy gave me the numbers we did a fix that hopefully will last for a while... Had a few options to do and chose what was best for me at the time... job was taken care of same day....
Called for service and Ryan was exceptionally professional and responsive. In fact, he had Chris, the technician, in front of my house in 15 minutes. Chris was also very professional and I enjoyed chatting with him as he performed service on my AC unit. This is the company to use for all your HVAC needs.
It’s always a good positive experience when I have my air conditioner or my heating units serviced. Everything is currently running like a charm. Thanks to Chris and Ryan. I will never use another company I highly recommend Constant Comfort! 10 out of 10 once again!
I called them Friday and they said they can have someone out there on Saturday between 1:00 - 3:00. Chris ended up stopping by about a hour later because he was in the area he was super helpful and finished fast. Great service!

Chris was very professional, informative and prompt. He was able to replace my thermostat and perform maintenance on my cooling and heating system. Fair prices. I recommend.
They were exceptionally professional. Showed up right on time, answered all my questions, gave great advice, and didn't try to sell me on stuff that was not needed. My system was a mess. The whole unit had to be replaced which is never what you want to hear but what we knew might be the case. Each option was explained, and even though my knowledge was next to nothing it was put forth in a manner that I could understand. Within two days they had the new system in and running. They laid tarps to protect our floors, double checked their work, were polite, efficient, and even friendly to my dog. They had to return the next day to install a couple vents and the first question was how was the system, was their any issues. They are my go to guys from now on. We are even signing on to their maintenance plan. Not because they forced or pushed, but because we trust them after everything they did.

Incredibly quick service! Called in the morning and Chris was at our home by early afternoon. Chris was very knowledgeable and walked us through his recommendations with patience. Answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Great job, very fast, and responsive with the call, I called about 9:30AM, and they were here by 11:00AM. There were other calls before me, but they were fast. I am warming up now.
Chris came out after my AC broke the the next day after I spoke with him. He fixed the AC for free after I committed to buying a new unit. The team came out and replaced my AC the following week in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend constant comfort.
Absolutely recommend! Our ac went out and they checked it the SAME DAY and installed new unit quickly.
My A/C stopped blowing cold and gave these guys a call, they were fast to respond and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Which was a defective compacitor. They got my A/C up and running within 20 minutes. The tech was professional and knowlegable. My only problem lies with the pricing. 550 dollars for a 20 dollar part amd 20 minutes of labor is excessive and because of that i probably will go with someone next time. Besides that fact they did repair the problem.
The team at Constant Comfort are the best. I called because my AC was cycling on/off & not cooling my house. They came out the same day to assess the unit and determine what needed to be done. They said they could be out to complete the repair in 2 days, which was surprising since we were in the middle of a heat wave! The tech showed up and walked me through the issue/repair and my system has been working great!
