the customer service Rep, had a quick response. I had Chris come out and fix the problem with a smile and a great attitude because it was 3 pm, and 🥵. He arrived in less than an hour. Chris explained what I needed to know very knowledgeable and technician company should be proud to have exceptional employee. ⛄️
This company is awesome . They had the whole system up and running in one day. I recommend Constant Comfort for your Air conditioning and service.
Stay away. Please read my entire post- it is all true. I had these guys out to check on my AC that was not working. The gut checked the condenser outside then went up in the attack (with no tools) and stayed there for two minutes. He came down and said that my coil was leaking and that there was oil all over the pan up in the attack. I bought the home brand new and called Lennox to make sure the part was under warranty. It was. The guy from Constant Comfort said he would call Lennox for me and get the part. Then he tells me, "bad news. the part is not under warranty because it is a third party part." I called Lennox again and gave them my case number. They said that they did not tell him that. He lied. I called another company out, Priority One, Inc (They are fantastic) and told them what Constant Comfort told me. He went into the attic, with tools, and took the casing off the coil to check for a leak. No leak. No oil on the pan. nothing. He went outside and took the cover off the condenser and found a very visible leak. The guys and Constant Comfort quoted me $3,000 to replace a part that was not even broken. They would have charged me $3,000 and not even fixed the problem. Priority One replaced the part, under warranty, and had my AC running like new for only $900. Do not use Constant Comfort, they are thieves.

I called constant comfort when my AC stopped working. Ryan was the technician that came out. Ryan gave me several options as to what was best for my system. He got the job done in a timely manner and I am a happy customer. Would definitely recommend Ryan and constant comfort to all family and friends.
