If you have an evaporative cooler, you're likely used to some DIY. As for the rest, you're gonna need professionals. When that time comes, you'd be making a mistake by calling anyone else. Also, great website. I've never had an easier experience booking a service call in my entire life!
Scheduled a month in advance and these guys were a no show. No response.

We got a new swamp cooler installed a few weeks ago and I’m sitting happily in a nice, cool house feeling so grateful that we chose Concierge Cooler Service. They were quick with service, thorough, kept to the quote, and the new unit is absolutely wonderful. I keep telling my husband my only regret was not calling them years ago. Absolutely recommend them for evaporative cooler needs! And also way cheaper than other quotes we got from companies specializing in a/c.

I made appointment with this guy he never showed up or even called me either to reschedule or something. I would mot recommend this business to nobody. At first he told me it's a week wait for him to come and even after a week no show no call.

Did a great job installing our new swamp cooler a while back. I wish I had waited for them to have an opening for a repair. It was a mistake to do with a place with an open schedule.
Quick installation, professional team, and they stand by their product. They are a small and dedicated business - it shows in all the best ways. For example, we had an issue with our motor and they replaced it and took care of the warranty paperwork no questions asked.

The only company i would trust with a swamp cooler. I used this company several years ago and they did an excellent job. It was hard to find someone to work on a swamp cooler and harder to find a quality person/company. I don't have a cooler anymore, but if I did this is the only company I would use.

They replaced our swamp cooler. Have had a couple of problems with the unit and they have been very prompt to fix. The guys are professional, courteous and very helpful. Would definitely recommend their services.

These guys were great. They squeezed us in right away- which was really considerate, given that it has been 95 degrees out and istis peak of their busy season. Their prices were more than fair, too. Highly recommended!
These guys are the best. They come on time, do the work quickly and well, and they stand behind their work. We have a difficult, steep roof that other companies have refused to work on, but they don't even blink at it. And if anything goes wrong they come out right away. In our case at least, no charge. Really glad to have these guys to call for the swamp cooler.
Usually good service, not returning calls in the winter though
