Quick and responsive when I needed them most. Had water leaking from older units and Bob got there quickly and helped tremendously. I also use their services for my place of work. highly recommend.
When another contractor caused damage to my heating system, Ken and team were able to jump in quickly to help resolve the issue. They Kept us informed about everything and did a great job. They have done great work for us in the past as well with an electric water heater and water softener system, both of which we are very happy with. Great team and just good people. Thanks
Sitting on my porch two years after Ken replaced my generator, gratefully listening to it run, keeping the house going. Ken and his guys were responsive, timely, performed clean work, respectful of my home, fair price. Won’t hesitate to call again. 5 stars
The people who work here are very nice. When I met the plumber he was knowledgeable and prompt. I could tell he was very experienced and had likely every ability to do the job I requested. The electrician was a no call no show. When I tried to reschedule he couldn't make it. Then I was asked to take photos of various things and send them over so I could get a quote right away. Sent them to the receptionist who said she would make sure he got them (shes awesome too). I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. When I called back I was told his email was compromised 3 weeks ago. Very flimsy response. If that were the case he could have checked with the receptionist for any current and pending client work; she could have provided him the photos again and my contact information. In this case we scheduled him to come out and look. He too is very nice, very intelligent and gave me great confidence that he could do the work. But getting a quote is like pulling teeth. I did get the plumbers quote right away but til this day - I never received the electricians quote. I called a few more times and it went from someone answering each time - to the last two calls I made no one answered. No one has called back and I've now decided to go elsewhere.
Highly Recommend! When we woke up our a/c was blowing hot air (on one of these awfully humid July days!) I called Chadds Ford Complete Services that morning and Jonathan came out that same day and was able to fix the issue that another HVAC company had come out multiple times trying to fix and couldn’t. They were quick, honest and professional. I will definitely be using them in the future for my HVAC needs!
After receiving multiple quotes to replace our home's 2 air-conditioners and 2 furnaces we went with Chadds Ford Complete Services. We could not be more satisfied with the final product. Ken was honest, and the techs that came to the house were skilled in HVAC installation and extremely professional.
We were referred to CF Complete from another family member who was saved from another company that was telling them that their entire system had to be replaced. Yikes. Turned out to just need a small part. We found them to be just as honest and helpful. They fixed our AC and also taught us about our system as it was the first time it was serviced since we purchased our home.
Some scheduling mix up but they put me on the calendar ASAP after I called. Pricing seems fair and the techs are friendly and good at their jobs. We had a faucet replaced and HVAC tune up.

I can't say enough about CF Complete services, they came in and worked with us on a number of HVAC installations. Ken is extremely knowledgeable about everything HVAC related. They came in and provided solutions for our HVAC and plumbing needs while keeping our best interests in mind as well as our budget. They provided full HVAC service and also provided recommendations for other energy efficiency solutions. Great company, great people.
Absolutely hands down best company! Have used numerous time and highly recommend. Everything being done is thoroughly explained and they do NOT try and push for the money maker. Our HVAC needed to be replaced and Ken provided a detailed explanation/email of our options. He did not push for the most costly option. Instead explained each with reasons why and how each would work for us. Would never use anyone else!
