This was my first time using complete home specialists they came highly recommended from a contractor I have worked with in the past. Sam was very timely in his correspondence through the estimating and kept me informed of what was going on .when they installed the unit his men were very professional friendly and Sam came to check the job multiple times . I'm very satisfied with the installation and would recommend Sam and his company to anyone needing HVAC work
We had a mini-split installed in our brick house. The team that came out was polite, professional, efficient, and clean. I am so glad we chose CHS, LLC for our mini-split system. Fairly priced and honest estimate given by Sam. Definitely someone I would recommend.
Sam was very professional and prompt. He does great work for a reasonable price. We will be using him again! :-)
Extremely high priced and rude
My name is Pastor Eugene. I am writing this review to share my experience with Complete home Specialist. Wesam came to my home and answer questions we had about getting a new heating system. Wesam was very professional and made sure all of our questions and concerns were answer. The workers Matthew and Abe arrive at my home on time and work very hard to remove old heating system and install new heating system I am a Bible School Teacher and had to leave on the day they installed my new Heater to Teach a class at 5:pm. I wanted Matthew and Abe to be able to keep working on Furnace. Wesam assure me it would be safe to go teach my class. This allow Abe and Matthew to keep working on the new furnace. I return home after Teaching at the Bible class I went to the basement to see the new heater and all the work was finish and all the cleanup was done by Complete Home Specialist Matthew and Abe. These men work very hard and make sure I the customer was happy with the results of their work. I Highly recommend if you have any heating or cooling needs or repairs that you would use Complete Home Specialist, Wesam, Matthew, Abe, for all of your Heating and cooling needs.
