I've used CHS a few times for my rental property and they are always professional and quick to solve issues. Very clear communication and compassion for my tenants are what I like most from this company. Will continue to use them in the future.
I had Ian put in a new boiler system for me and he did an outstanding job. He was extremely fair and reasonable. He was respectful ,polite and prompt. I can't say enough about what a great job he did. He worked 2 long days to get this done for me and then came back cleaned up and took my old water heater out and disconnected all the pipes to my old boiler for no additional cost. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a honest and reliable person. Ian is the only guy I will use for my heating needs going forward. Thanks Ian Great Job.
I called for a furnace service and cleaning. He was professional in service, fair in price and he had the parts on his truck that needed to be replaced. I will call him for all my furnace needs. His honesty and integrity was also greatly appreciated.

I'd like to make a special shout out to Ian of Complete Home Services. Our 35 year old boiler finally died and we desperately needed to have it replaced, and soon, with winter weather rapidly approaching. Ian was everything we had hoped for and soon gained our confidence through his timely communication and expert knowledge. Ian ordered our new boiler and had it delivered directly to our home within 24 hours and completed the installation over the next two days. During this time, Ian communicated with us regarding each step in the process and provide us with key information about the new system. Ian was awesome. He came promptly for a service call and found out that the work done by a previous HVAC company was done incorrectly. Showed us the problem that could not be repaired. Gave us a quote, and installed the new A/C. He was courteous and conscientious, explained everything and was able to additional improvement to our system. He left his work area cleaner than when he started. Our house has never been as comfortable as it is now. Ian, of Complete Home Service, will be our only choice for all our HVAC servicing. What he quoted is what we paid.
He repaired my oil boiler, did a great job and is very knowledgeable, he explained everything that he was doing before and after. I will definitely have him back in the future!
