It would be awesome if he would come and finish what he started .Its been three months .He said when it turned 70 degrees he would come back and charge it properly he could not do during colder weather. We have called and the voice mail is full.

Update April 2023. Installed unit in march 2022 however when it came time for the free system check after one year..we called and called..promised to call back to schedule and this has happened to two of our neighbors. Apparently eager to sell a new unit but not to follow up on maintenance. This is the best HVAC company we have come across in years. Jonathan and his crew were timely, courteous, and downright a joy to work with. Provided us with not only a new HVAC system, but also a board to keep our old unit running until we could get a new unit installed. Recommended by two of our neighbors.pricing is more than reasonable. A ,plus in all regards. Give them a call for your needs. Danny and Pam Phillips
Truly amazing customer service. Got back in touch with me soon after I had left my voice mail, was prompt with service and I never felt like they were trying to use my lack of knowledge against me (my eyes tend to glaze over when technical lingo starts being used, so having a trustworthy company help me is is a must!). I will never use anyone else while I live in Nashville!
Complete Comfort was able to troubleshoot and find the issue with my A/C when other companies could not. The part they needed came prior to today scheduled and were able to install it without issue. THANKS!

Jonathan was great to work with. Was priced in a realistic range, unlike the big name heat and cooling places. They diagnosed my issue in no time and fixed it right before a cold spell. Couldn’t ask for any better service. Have already recommended to other people.

We have been using Complete Comfort Care for several years. They are excellent to work with. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Johnathan goes out of his way to work with you and keep expenses down. If you are in need of a new system or system maintenance give them a call!
Johnathan Dishman came out late in the day to inspect my unit and found that carbon monoxide was leaking into my house due to old/rotten parts. He immediately turned the unit off and said he could replace it the next day. He and his crew were here on time and worked in the cold all day to get it replaced and back up and running. His guys were in and out several times and were courteous and helpful every time. I’d recommend them to anyone and will call them again when needed.
Johnathan came out and diagnosed an issue that I have been dealing with since we moved in to our house and we had another company out that didn't do anything but charge our system and wouldn't provide clear answers to my questions, but Johnathan answered all my questions and provided me with information on everything he had done. I appreciate him coming out and figuring out our issue that the other company could not do. I also appreciate him being direct and upfront with the cost of the repair.
Johnathan and his crew are very Professional, on time, answered and explained any question's we had no matter how many times we asked them, they taken the time to explain the install before and after step by step so you would have an understanding of your purchase, explained the warranty which is very good, We feel we chose the right product and right Company in Complete Comfort to keep us comfortable for years, Thanks

Same issue as the other 1 star reviews. Terrible communication. Would not return my calls, texts or emails even though they said they will definitely keep me posted. They have time to write a long counter to my review but couldn’t text me back all day Sunday while I was just sitting around my house waiting for them to reply Wish I was able to post a picture of my text with them to show their UNRESPONSIVENESS
I was set up with the company through my home warranty. Jonathan was initially great and as he left advised me if anymore issues call him directly. A month later ,the same issue with my air and I called him on his cell phone . He advised my to call the office and I've been leaving messages all week without a response back. I feel like the other reviewer-Is this company still in business?
