Completely unprofessional, it’s a shame some people don’t know how to behave/ treat others.
Scott at CCS is the guy you call when you want an honest solution to a problem, at the best price possible. CCS installed a new heating and AC system and based on that work, will remain my go to for HVAC.
We had just purchased this house. The A/C started leaking from the attic in July. Given that the heater was 19 years old and the a/c about 15, we decided to replace it. We were only able to get 2 people to come out to check the system during the peak of the season, one of them was Scott. He gave us options and let us decide how we wanted to proceed. When his crew ran over on a project, he called the day before to let us know. Last but not the least, the entire crew showed special caution when walking across the wood floors.
These guys are great! They are friendly and always come right out if we have a problem. We have been using them for about 4 years and have never had anything other than great service. We highly recommend them!
I moved into a new house and I was concerned that the AC unit (which is quite old) might give out soon. Complete comfort sent out a tech who looked the system over and gave me options. He said that the blower motor had seen better days and that it probably wouldn't last long like this, but he suggested that he try to clean it. He did, chiseling off a pile of enough dirt and hair to make a small cat, totally disgusting, but when he hooked the thing back up it ran smooth and even and perfect. The tech was professional and helpful and I'm enjoying cool air because of him.
