Living in Arizona with a child, when your A/C goes out in the summer, it's an emergency. I called several places, some put me on emergency lists and never called back, others told me it would be 4 days to 2 weeks before they could come out. I called these guys and they fit me right in. Ryan was professional, attentive and fixed the issue. This is now my heating and cooling company that I'll always call first.
We have trusted Conrad for years. He is honest, knowledgeable and won't try to up sell you. He takes pictures of everything so he can show you while he explains any issues. Don't waste your time and money on anyone else.

The tech Cooper, Was knowledgeable, professional, and a delight to deal with. He did an extensive diagnostics on our AC system, and checked our vents, at our request to see if they needed a duct cleaning. We took Cooper’s recommendations, noticed an immediate improvement in our systems performance. Best company we have ever dealt with! Again, kudos to Cooper!
Drew was knowledgeable and honest. He brought out all the bells and whistles to check my AC unit and fixed several areas where air was leaking out. He showed me photos and progress after the repair. Will be using them again!

Complete Comfort is the best. They are attentive, professional and prompt. When other companies gave us a 3-4 day wait on a part in the middle of the summer, Conrad found and installed it the same day. Their solutions also include regular maintenance ensuring energy efficiency and a longer lifespan for our unit. I like using their online appointment system. This is a well run company. Everyone we’ve met has been pleasant and knowledgeable.
I used them for my home inspection report. It was detailed with photos explaining what they looked at. Easy for someone who knows nothing about AC units to understand. I also used them to service my unit after I owned my new home. Drew was an awesome tech. He came out to repair a couple things and do the maintenance. He is super friendly, easy to talk to, walks you through everything and overall a standup guy. I will be requesting him for my future AC needs. Thanks for all your help!

My very old a/c went out and I called Complete Comfort for an estimate. Conrad was completely and enthusiastically geeked out about HVAC and gave me so much information to help me make a decision on which company and which equipment to choose. He answered all of my questions. My new unit went in very smoothly and quickly and we've been enjoying cool air. I would recommend calling Conrad.

So update. They replaced my ac and furnace in January. I had a 50 yr old system. Yes 50 yrs old! Had my first ac bill this last month. Last year it was 375 dollars same time of year. Keeping my house at 78 degrees. This year same month kept my ac at 70 degrees and my bill was only 75 dollars. Thank you Conrad for giving me the advice to buy a two stage communication system. It has been nothing but amazing. And thank you Drew for the amazing installation. Love my new ecobee thermostat with voice commands.

Conrad came out to our home and fixed our HVAC/AC unit that was leaking coolant. Any other company we tried contacting immediately just tried to sell us a new unit, where Conrad told us that the engine portion of our unit was still in-tact and we could replace the coils and it would work the same. We saved over $4,000 because Complete Comfort was ethical and honest. I will use them again for any of my issues that come up going forward.

Complete Comfort Home Systems is professional and thorough. The technology/equipment they use (sensors, Bluetooth, etc) to evaluate HVAC system performance is impressive. Always courteous and friendly too. A big thumbs up!
