We lost heat in the middle of the first snow storm of the season. Best call I could have made was to Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling. From first contact to final install, the service and quality of work was exceptional. I felt very confident in our communications, the quote I received and the installation process. Honest, responsive and professional- I can’t recommend Complete Comfort enough. Thank you for turning a potentially difficult situation into a very positive experience!
We requested a number of estimates from local HVAC contractors and Complete Comfort Heating & Cooling were by far the best. They were reasonable, professional and quality contractors. Curt (the owner) came out to look at the job and was very personable. He also listened to your needs and did not try to upsell the best equipment and service to make an extra buck. They installed a brand new central air A/C system in a 1940s colonial home and conserved a lot of closet space. Their employees made sure the job site was as clean as when they started. Annie was also very responsive with scheduling and professional. I highly recommend this company for your central air needs! - Jared
I have been looking for a reliable, professional and honest HVAC contractor and I found them. Came on time, explained everything they did, and took care of another issue while they were at my home. Many locals recommended these guys and so do I. Honest prompt and, knowledgeable works for me. Now my go to HVAC contractor.
I highly recommend Complete Comfort Heating & Cooling! We had another company try to sell us a new boiler and hot water heater. Curt did an amazing job repairing my boiler and hot water heater without trying to sell us brand new systems. Annie was very supportive throughout the process! I will continue using Complete Comfort Heating & Cooling for all of my HVAC needs!

Complete Comfort is awesome!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I came home on Tuesday night to a warm condo and a dysfunctional AC unit. I called Annie at Complete Comfort Wednesday morning, and Kurt and Kyle came over within hours! They checked the AC unit and quickly realized the fan had broken and motor had seized, so they checked to ensure they had the parts and offered repair services on the AC unit. Since the AC unit and Furnace were both so old in my condo, I asked for a quote for a full replacement as well. I had previously gotten quotes from several other local HVAC companies and Complete Comfort’s pricing was extremely competitive. They weren’t pushy in any way and were completely willing to just repair the AC unit if I chose, but I decided to replace both the AC and furnace. They rearranged their schedule and came just two days later on Friday and replaced both AC and Furnace! Kurt and Kyle are super friendly and very knowledgeable and the units both look amazing and work great! I couldn’t be happier with the work they did and would HIGHLY recommend using this company!!

Curt and his crew recently replaced the 29 year old central air in my home and all the thermostats. They did a fantastic job at a great price. Very courteous and cleaned up after the job. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Complete Comfort! I scheduled an appointment for HVAC maintenance for my central air unit and furnace. Annie was a pleasure to work with and the tech was very professional and explained everything to me.
I was selling my home and called Complete Comfort to service and inspect my heating unit and Hot water tank. Kyle came out and did a thorough inspection and was just great. This company is willing to do the little things that matter and I appreciate the work they did. Highly recommended!
I called for service for my central air. I spoke with Annie and she went above and beyond to help me. I had called 4 other companies, 2 were downright rude and the other 2 did not return my call. Complete Comfort sent someone to my home within an hour of my call. Kyle was polite, knowledgeable, honest and extremely professional. He explained and showed me exactly what the issue was and was able to get my ac working again. I highly recommend Complete Comfort!
I had them come out for a maintenance of my heating and cooling. They were great. Explained everything to me and worked efficiently. They were very professional, maintained their distance, and wore masks. They warned me that my water boiler was on the way out. Surely enough, about a week later I called them because I had a leak. They arrived in about 30 minutes, took a look, gave me an estimate. Came back under an hour later, had it replaced in about 1-2 hours after that. Overall, they were very friendly and very reliable. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC service.
Our A/C conked out and it was determined that we needed a replacement coil compressor. Even though the coil was under warranty the manufacturer claimed it wasn't. Complete Comfort followed up to confirm that it was and then sent an employee an hour away to pick up the coil so it could be installed asap. Technician handled the repair quickly and was courteous and cleaned up afterward. Complete Comfort went above and beyond to handle our problem.
Highly recommend! We had a terrible experience with our local HVAC company when our central air unit needed to be replaced. After trying 5 other companies, we called Complete Comfort (which is over an hour away) and we’re immediately impressed with them. The woman who answered the phone, Annie, was very friendly and understanding of our situation. An absolute pleasure to talk to. We called on a Friday afternoon and they were out first thing Monday morning to look at it. They were completely up front about what the problem was and the solution. We scheduled a time for them to come out the next week. They ended up with a change in schedule and were able to come out 2 days sooner than we expected (extra bonus!). They guys came out and were just as friendly and efficient. The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional!
Wife and I have been putting off central air for years because we thought the cost was going to be way out of the budget. I had several quotes and Curt was the best by a mile...and he gives veterans like myself a discount. He came out with his team and knocked out the installation of a new system in 2 days. He and his team were great, courteous and clean. I would highly recommend Complete Comfort. FYI the stone wall in front of the unit I did (we have little boys and trying to deter them from running into it...:)

They were prompt with providing quotes, answered all our questions, took wonderful care of our home, and made sure everything was up and running very well before closing out the job. Thanks to Curt and his team for coming out on short notice. They were able to diagnose my heating and central air issue upon 2 different occasions and come up with a solution for fine tuning the units. Further they were able to answer any questions and recommend upgrades (such as adding insulation to my attic and an attic vent fan) to benefit my situation. I will be using them in the future. Highly recommended.
